My first job was Pizza Inn. I worked there for 5 years. My husband and I were so excited to get some pizza from here as we don't have one in our town. We got 2 so we could freeze one for later. 2 large pepperoni and hamburger on thin crust. The crust was doughy even for thin because the pizza had a ton of cheese on it. It was so greasy that I could barely eat 1 slice. It was sure not worth $31. I don't hardly go through Benton but if I do, we sure won't be stopping here again.

Why on a Tuesday would you be out of metal forks, Pepsi, most of the items on the salad bar, and the dessert pizza has a burnt taste? I asked the guy for a pizza request for the buffet and he never made it. They are shorthanded. The "new" manager obviously can't manage because they are always out of food items on the buffet. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. You will just leave disappointed.

I had no idea that Pizza Inn still existed but saw this spot by chance and knew I had to check it out. I needed one thing: Chocolate chip dessert pizza and they still make it! I ordered online for pickup and couldn't have had a better experience. The young men who helped me were just wonderful and the pizza was even better than I remembered.

All of the food was cold, and even the single pizza that came out during our meal wasn’t any good. The ice cream machine is broken. The only good thing was the cinnamon sticks.

very disappointed. this place doesn’t even deserve a one star review.. my third time coming here and it’s my first bad experience. no clean tables, drinks that are watered down with no carbonation, very cold dried out pizzas that look that they have been sitting there for a while. it was not this bad when it first opened what changed? 30 bucks between me and my boyfriend is not worth it with how bad of service this place has. we will not be back.

Decided to try this place out and was disappointed all the way around. Walked in to absolutely no other customers in the lobby, so they had only a few old slices of pizza on the buffet. So we ordered a few pizzas to be brought out. All the tables needed to be wiped, probably from lunch rush hour, but it had been at least a couple of hours so that should have been done by then. Same with the way the drink bar wasn’t restocked or cleaned. I wanted to enjoy the pizza, but I didn’t get a chance to try many. One of the pizzas I ordered was one with multi toppings, but the girl taking my order wouldn’t write it down and so unsurprisingly got it wrong. The pizzas I did try were pouring grease from them or undercooked. I always love the dessert at pizza buffets, but was only offered old stale desserts here and told they were out of ingredients to make any others besides cinnamon sticks. Definitely not worth the $10! I’d rather drive to Cici’s!
The drink fountain had no syrup so drinks were just carbonated water and nobody topped it up even after we told the staff. They cleared our cups even when we weren't done with our food, the pizza choices were LIMITED, it was just 3 pans of the same pizzaThe staff seem lost, only one guy seemed to know what he's doing the rest seem to have just shown up and played pretend work. Please do yourself a favor and just go to a reputable chain.

Buffet at 1 pm on Saturday -- lots of specialty pizza... just nothing I liked and it was cold. Disappointing since we liked the buffet in Magnolia in about 2000
