This order was so poorly made that I wanted to return it as soon as I opened the box. Unfortunately, we live too far away from the store for that. Not only was it poorly made (no cheese or sauce- totally dry) the order was wrong. I ordered hand tossed. They gave me thin. This isn't the first time this pizza hut has messed up our order. For the amount I spent, they should be ashamed of what they gave me.

I teLly would like to eat hear agai. Its a problem all tha time when i buy things hear either its tha food or people not washi g hands no hair nets and drive thru always has a big truck blocking it forcing mr to go in and puck my order upParking: Drive thut always blocked
I ordered a medium cheese pizza and 8 piece wings at 2:34p.m and it was suppose to be delivered at 3:02 p.m. however it didn't arrive until 3:45 p.m. cold and dry. I called and spoke to a manager to discuss my pizza. He didnt allow me to get my issuse out, he hung up on me. I order from this location very regularly and today I'm dissatisfied with the service and the food as well as the management.

Ordered delivery. The delivery was prompt and the delivery person was very friendly. Ordered 2 pizzas and cheese bread. One pizza was fine as was the cheese bread. The beef pizza was overcooked and so tough we could barely chew it. If it had cooked a minute longer it would have been burned.

Salem Road, Benton, AR is the best Pizza hut I have dealt with. We order every time I visit my friend in Benton. The order was correct and checked before it was handed to me. I appreciate the service!I wish the one in Jacksonville, was as good and accommodating.

The pan crust here is SO much better than the Military Rd location by my house. The crust was big and fluffy! Even had the delicious crispies around the edge of the crust. Well worth the extra drive. (Military Rd pan is not good but they’re nice)

Consistently good pizza for a quick take home meal. The Salem location has no dining room. I always pick up my order but I think delivery is an option too. They always get the order right and have it ready to pick up at the time they say it’ll be ready. I’m a huge fan if the slightly burnt crust of a brick oven pizza. Pizza Hut’s thin crust pizza doesn’t exactly measure up to this standard but it might very well be the best crust for the pizza on the go type restaurants. Always a generous amount of toppings and never over sauced to make it sloppy or soggy.
