I went through the drive thru so i have nothing to say about the inside. The chicken was hot and fresh. Mashed potatoes on point. I love some popeyes

My family and I have been traveling doing a road trip vacation, we have stopped a lot of places…..Popeyes is always one of our favorite places to stop and get food, especially since we don’t have one close to us.This was the worst experience I have ever had with customer service at one of these establishments, the lady working the drive thru was very short, rude, and did not give us enough silverware for our food, no toys for the kids meals which my kids look forward to. When I went in to get more silverware i asked if they had toys for the kids meal another employee said yes and just handed me one and walked away like she was super busy. There was one person at the window and hardly anyone inside. Every person inside looked miserable and no one even acknowledged me when I walked up to the register. Inside was also looking a little rough..Food was ok but tasted like the fry oil was really old.Overall super disappointing…..

The Absolute worst Popeyes in Arkansas. Don't waste your time stopping here. Save your frustrations of wrong orders, cold food, rude staff, and go to the one in Bryant.
I was real disappointed in Popeyes in Benton. My order was rushed, food cold and customer service really sucked ?!!!! Noone was in the fast food place but the atmosphere was clean. All the employees were unfriendly and in a world of there own!!!!Parking: Lots of parking space available.
