Potato salad has raw potatoes in it. Brought me the wrong side dish initially. Waited 10 minutes for a check after finishing my meal because the waitress did not come by.
This place they call the "RibCrib BBQ" is me and The Wife's absolute favorite BBQ joint! The staff is amazing, and when you go you get to see the same people working there. That says a lot about the family-friendly atmosphere. It also gives me a sense of knowing that the food isn't going to be good one time and not so much the next. Same people, preparing the same wonderful meals.My Wife's go-to is the Pork Sandwich, Double Meat with fries. I like everything I've ever had, but I especially love The Club and The Pigman Sandwiches. And their ribs...damn good!Now, we almost never get an appetizer from anywhere, but, their fried pickles are literally the best we've ever had. We get them every time we go!They are also one of the only places that will offer you a "drink to go" when you leave. I mean, they take care of you even AFTER you're gone. Who does that? NOBODY EXCEPT THE RIBCRIB BBQ!!!They offer a military discount, but, you MUST show your ID.Parking: They have ample parking on three sides and all are very accessible.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of spots.

Well, as I sit here on this FRIDAY night, they are out of their "Rightous" (misspelled on sign) Ribs, and that's the reason I came to Rib Crib. Thanks to my waitress for telling me about chicken coming off fresh. I have doubts about it though. Also, they are out of brisket as well. Seems the back of the house has poor management.

I had a half slab of ribs (Okie style) with mac-n-cheese and tater salad. The sides were just ok but the ribs were pretty good. They were quite tender and were drizzled with a tasty sauce. The service perhaps could've been a tad better but was decent overall.

Excellent service with super friendly staff! Awesome atmosphere, plenty of TVs with sports. And the food is amazing, including the smoked meats and especially the burgers! I can’t say enough good things about Rib Crib!
It was freezing cold in the restaurant tonight. My food got cold on the table and I was so cold, I couldn't enjoy it. I couldn't wait to get out to my car and warm up.

2nd visit and decided to go ahead and try their signature dish. The RIBS!!! I mean it's their namesake, right? RIB Crib. Wrong!!! The ribs were not done and what was more surprisingly disappointing was the fact that RIBS, were not done and had to use a fork to pry the meat off the bone AND the worst part.....the membrane had not been removed from the ribs before or after smoking. NOTHING screams amateurs more than membrane being attached to the rib and expecting the guests to have deal with it. I attached the photos for proof of this. NOT what i was expecting from a place with RIBS in their name. Best thing that was brought to the table this visit was a side order of bone in wings. Perhaps they should consider a name change to the Wing Crib. Server was great and attended the table regularly. My girlfriend ordered brisket and it was decent but not completely finished with more of a dry and rubbery texture. She enjoyed the beans and chicken wings more than the brisket and potato salad. Not sure this was money well spent and will not order ribs from here again.

Well , I'm going to start with we will never go back. We wished it tastes as good as it smelled. But it did not. The food was ok but paying $50 for ok isn't fun. Me and my wife had been really wanting good BBQ this was not it !! I had the pig man sandwich the sausage was good the brisket was ok. But the bun was hard as a rock so I had to take the meet off and just eat it separately. This was not what I expecting . And my wife's build your own was about the same. The smoked chicken was not, it looked and tasted like they went to Walmart and bought a rotisserie chicken and sliced it up. The potato salad was ok but you could tell it had been sitting out. And the service was awful our server was nonexistent most of the time. The hostess had to go find her every time someone needed refills. Now I see what the place was dead on a Saturday Night. And this should have been a red flag And to top it all off we were seated at a dirty table. Simply no excuse for this especially on a dead night. I don't know how they stay in business. I would rather eat the frozen Lloyds BBQ from Walmart than this train wreck of a wanna be BBQ restaurant !!!!

I met my parents for lunch today and Stefanie was rude to me the second I sat down. Then I proceeded to tell her nicely I did not get my fries she looked at me gave me a nasty attitude then said ok you need to calm down even tho I was very nice telling her. This right here makes me to not want to come back if I didn't have to give a star to make a remark I wouldn't.
