I’ll be honest, going into this store I was looking for the regular experience I’ve had at this store. Insanely busy, slow service, and workers who don’t seem to give that much of a care that you are there. This store has been markedly below average every time I’ve gone. After this trip I’ve got to say it’s the best Starbucks trip I’ve ever taken. I don’t know if there are new managers or what but they are killing it. Lauren was working the drive thru today when I visited Starbucks. This was, without a doubt, the best experience I've ever had at a Starbucks. She was friendly and patient and answered all my questions thoroughly and with a smile. If anyone from corporate is reading this review, please hire more like her. The chain needs the boost only people like her can provide.

The food and drinks are so amazing, when I go I always get the caramel ribbon crunch or caramel frappe, today I'm going to get a refresher for the first time. I hope it's good! The service is really fast and the workers are always nice. The vibe of the place is also very nice, they have merch and very warm lighting. It's cozy!
