A lady was working behind the counter making pre-orders for someone. I asked her if they were open and she told me no and pointed to the closed sign on the counter. According to her they have staffing problems.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING ORDER AHEAD!! In the mornings… You never know if someone is actually working. LAST TWO TIMES I used it, no one was working. First time, 2/10 @7:30 I left went to work, came back… 45 mins later… made my drink the lady didn’t even apologize. 2nd time, 2/17 left came back… i wanted a refund. Luckily the girl they called in is my favorite barista at this location, made the situation lighter… if y’all have no one working TURN OFF MOBILE ORDERING!!!!

I have been attend the Starbucks for years. Notice inside the store become more dirty and not enough seat to sit down to enjoy my coffee. Don’t consider to sit inside- dirty!

Placed an order online and when I got there no one was there! This has happened 3 times in less than 6 weeks! You have to call customer service to get a refund! I have a business to open and this location has wasted my time and money! Unacceptable!

Came by and found a note on the counter saying on break till 6:37. That's ok I don't mind waiting everyone should have a break when needed. Time goes by and no one comes until 6:43. A lady walks by and mumbles something, I didn't hear what was said so when the lady approaches she yelled "you hurd me....is gon be a minute I gotta go to da baffroom!" I just shook my head and walked off and was reminded why I should not give money to sorry companies. Especially ones that make subpar coffee at sky high prices. I don't want to pay top dollar for ghetto rude attitude.
