Came in, stood there and NO ONE OUT OF 2 PEOPLE ACKNOWLEDGE ME!!! THEN THEY TOLD THE ONE AND ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE…. ME, The crew told me hole on because of a call in, instead of handling a customer in front of them…. They told me to wait ????????

The 2 stars is only for the fresh food provided but service was not that great. My friend and I went in to order, the young lady who made our food approached me as if I was an annoyance but was nicer it my boyfriend. As I took my order and added things to my sandwich she proceeded to tell me that everything little thing a added was more money and the slight attitude seemed to progress with everything I asked for (I know what I order and that it cost more then a $5 sandwich. My friend was told (after) his sandwich was made that what he originally asked for they no longer had so she “substituted” what she could. I guess when she was making it he didn’t notice it wasn’t the same. At checkout (paid separately) I was not asked if I wanted anything extra I had to ask her to add a drink to my total after she rang up the sandwich. My friend on the other hand was asked immediately if there was anything else she could get him with a smile. My problem is if you’re gonna have an attitude with a specific person for no reason and make the difference obvious maybe costumer services isn’t your thing. I will not be back to this location.

So i put in a online order at 2:40 pm to be ready at 3:00pm and on the app it shows its ready i walked in at 3:03 and one dude was clueless and told me i was at the wrong location but then i said isn’t this 1312 Military road and he asked one of the ladies who may have been in charge came over and looked and said the tickets never printed out and then another girl from the back came out and she forgot about it. We park and are watching them make our sandwiches and the dude is scratching his head and face, he never washes his hands or puts on gloves, and both of the ladies see him doing it and they gave him the sandwiches for him to put in the bag? For one that isn’t sanitary, secondly when i am watching him in the act of scratching his face and head multiple times again never washed his hands or put gloves on puts my food in the bag. I asked for a refund and he called the same lady who came to his rescue previously and she makes a comment bout there’s the sandwiches. I seen them acknowledge him do it and they handed my food to him, i feel they did it in-spite.. Definitely won’t be back. Was going to call the number on the receipt but the lady didn’t give me one, if a manager or the owner sees this would love to speak with but doubt it gets seen.

About a month ago a cashier tried to keep my change, I guess as a tip, and I had to ask for my change, and when she did give it to me she picked a dime out of my hand as she handed it to me. Out in the parking lot, I asked the lady who was behind me in line if it happened to her and she said she paid with a card but was still asking for a tip. Won't be going back to this location.
