They dropped our order in the Drive-Thru after we waited 30 minutes to get it. Then we had to wait another 10 for them to remake stuff. Then we got home and didn't have all of our food. Had to drive back up there to get the rest of our order

Lights were out on the outside and well I will be nice about where else the lights were out. Ordered a pretzel baconator with asiago cheese from the app and got a 1 piece of bacon the piece of cheese and a regular bun.

Went through the drive thru. This particular location is always SO slow, but there was only 1 person at the ordering box. I was asked to pull forward to wait on my food, so I did. At this point it’s been over 20 minutes for “fast food”. I checked the food, and it’s still incorrect. I tried calling the restaurant, but they refused to answer. At this point the restaurant had a line wrapped around it. So I had to wait another 20+ minutes in line to get issued a refund. If I wasn’t in pajamas & damn house slippers I would’ve just went inside. The managers didn’t even apologize. SMH. What great service!
