Apparently 7brew, at least at this location, is no longer known for their service and just their coffee. Employees greeted us with “what do you want” and an eye roll, along with employees who’d rather talk and throw lids and straws at each other vs actually talk to you. Not to mention the red head who greeted us was literally pointing and asking others if we were who they were talking about while they were laughing. I’d save your money and go to Starbucks since they’d at least say hi to you. Plus when you ask for oat milk because of dietary restrictions, you’d think I’d get what I paid for but I guess dietary restrictions don’t matter to 7brew employees.

Love their coffee - hot AND iced. They even have options for those who can't do the lactose. Great people making great coffee. I've not tried anything other than their drinks, but I bet the food offerings are good, too. Get your personalized drinks there.
I am a 7-brew snob. I literally get coffee here every morning since I've moved to NWA, and I most recently had to switch over to the 7brew on Central Ave near Crystal Bridges because I moved to Bella Vista this summer.But man, oh man, what these poor employees have to go through! They literally almost everyday manually have to put in the customer's card number because their tablet/card reader SUCKS. And most of the time, they have to put in the numbers again because the transaction didn't go through the first time.So come on, management, do better and help make your customers' and employees' daily commute faster and easier. (I'll change my rating once things are resolved)
