My boyfriend stopped by and they were literally out of everything, no fajita veggies, no queso, no pico. They close at 9pm, thats an hour til close. We paid full price. There is no excuse. Wouldn't recommend and wondering what's going on at this location.

I’m not one to leave reviews but this needs to be addressed. I love chipotle, every single state I have lived in I’ve eaten chipotle and had great experiences.The Chipotle here in Bentonville Arkansas is the worst ran, worst chipotle in America. I’ve given this location maybe 6 different visits and every single time it’s been pathetic. No steak or “we can’t sell chips to customers inside, only to go orders only” and if you order ahead, you’ll get half the food you’d normally get.It’s embarrassing, honestly.

Not sure how you run out of chicken, but okay. You ask customers to wait while you COOK more. After waiting several minutes, staff announces 7 MORE minutes. Seriously? It's lunch rush, long lines and even longer wait times because you are out of chicken... and now steak.

Went in at 4:40 on Sat (so before a food rush) They were out of barbacoa, chicken pastor, and veggies. The entire restaurant was a mess. There was food all over where the cash register is, tables were not wiped down, floors were a mess, grill was a mess, and the where the food is was a mess. I love chipotle but will not go back to this location again. For the price of what u pay the restaurant should have all food in stock and be clean!

Poor service on top of the portion on my burrito was very disappointing and rude when I asked for a side of salsa. They forgot to give my son his kids chip and drink and I asked and said have to wait.

Just did an online order, it was a simple chicken bowl, it had no salsa, no fajita veggies, and with delivery fees it was $27. Outrageously expensive for not even getting my order correct or a discount for it…

If you order delivery from this store expect it to be wrong. Either not yours or some aspect of it is wrong. I ordered an all veggie bowl. It came with meat and no pinto beans, which is not what I ordered. This is not the first time this has happened and I will no longer be ordering delivery moving forward.0/24 we are standing outside waiting for this place to open at 11:02. Opening time is 10:45. This team needs some serious re-vamp.

Food was good but portions were not too small. First was told tortillas were free but then charged for it. Ordered the same thing a second time and then charged $4 more. Communication isn’t going right in there. But food was good. Only cops got a discount and military discount was not a thing here.
