Old Man Jordan at Dairy Queen provided exceptional customer service during our visit. His warm and friendly demeanor made our experience truly delightful. Been to this location a few times now for ice cream and almost every time they don’t turn the blizzards upside down like they should and upon getting them they are pretty melted. This evening they just handed the two blizzards I ordered out the window, said I don’t know what they are and closed the window. Again they were already pretty melted. Don’t think I will be back to this location any more.

Went in for an ice cream on the first day of spring. The place was packed, and we even forgot to get a number for our order. Not long after being seated, a guy came up and asked what we ordered. We told him, and he immediately went to get it and brought it to us. A couple other people came by making sure people had everything they needed as well. That was great service, and they were really fast!
Do to a shortage of strawberries in the shop, we had to buy chocolate, and the staff did their best to overcome the shortage.

Drive thru was accurate. Ice cream was excellent. ?Parking: In the back of the store off the highway there are plenty of parking spots. Fill free to pull up and have a good time shake or blizzard.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. Paid over $7 for a banana split that when I got home (5 minutes later) was melted and had no toppings!! It was vanilla ice cream (barely any) topped with whipped cream. Hiding the fact that there was no toppings. Will never go back again!
