The customer service at this place has normally been top notch - today was different! Lady who took my order was very rude and short and you could tell did not care how she respond to me. I was actually shocked because it has never been like that before! Hopefully she can see this and have a better attitude next time!

Ordered online for delivery and they forgot to put 2 subs in the bag. Before I got the order Zak called to inform me of what may have happened and to call back if that was the case. He was nice enough to deliver the missing subs himself. Thanks again!!

Never had a poor experience at a JM until coming here. Food made poorly. Service sucks and it’s a surprise to come to a JM and have a less than ideal experience after being a patron for almost 6 years and after being a GM of a JM. Sad, this place needs an over haul in the ppl. Will not patron this JM ever again. I’ll go to the one in Rogers and see how that is…Parking: Small parking lot and normally pretty full

Love this location! Staff is always great! Subs are great! Highly recommended!I have a coworker that has dietary restrictions in which they always handle wonderful here!Dietary restrictions: They offered to change gloves and fully wipe down prior to starting the dietary restricted sub!

They have NO patience whatsoever, as the old man at the counter was very hasty to get us to pay. We were trying to direct the kind girl on what we wanted on our sandwich, and he would NOT leave us alone about asking us what we had and what we wanted to drink. Mind you, we had not even reached the cashier yet. I’d understand if there was a lot of customers behind me, but the place wasn’t busy whatsoever! While the food was good, the service disappointed and aggravated us deeply.

Really love their food. However, the last several times I have ordered from there when I add extra things (like avacado) that I get charged for they never put it on. I have lost enough money at this point I will go to a different sandwich shop.

Great sub shop. Did an online order for a company event and was able to pick it up on time. Had a little trouble finding my order, as it was in with the rest of the "door dash" orders in a shelf next to the door. Also, if you ordered drinks, they are still in the fridge next to the door -- not with your order. Had to bug the cashier with that question.Didn't double-check the order before I left, which ended up being a mistake. Looks like the crew swapped a sandwich from my order with another order they were working on. Sorry "Dawn", looks like you got "Jon"'s sandwich order that day. I hope you liked it.

There’s never been a bad experience for me at this store. Every time I go in, staff are happy and quick to make conversation with me. They’re very knowledgeable about the menu and the “secret menu”. (If you haven’t had the ham, salami, and provolone, you definitely should!) Overall I give them a 10/10 and honestly those staff folk deserve the biggest of raises.
