Great food and everyone else was great except for Heather who didn’t smile the entire time nor come back after giving us our food to check on us. Was out of drink majority of my meal and had to go to the front desk to get any further service. We were 1/3 customers in the place.

Everything about my experience at Johnny Brusco's left me wanting more! I visited the restaurant at around 5:20 p.m. on a Sunday with two friends. My friends and I were interested in ordering three single slices to go because we had read several positive reviews about the single slice offerings. When we arrived, we inquired about the single slices and were told we could order any topping combination on a single slice (minus the Margarita pizza and any pizzas with an Alfredo sauce base). Upon ordering, we were under the impression that the restaurant had single slice options ready to go, but we ended up waiting more than 30 minutes for three slices of pizza and an order of garlic bread. Unfortunately, the product was not near worth the wait. We ordered one cheese slice, one Buffalo chicken slice and one custom slice with a few different typical toppings. We received the cheese and custom slice probably within 10 or so minutes but than had to wait another 20 minutes for the Buffalo chicken slice and garlic bread. By the time we got the last of our order, the two first slices were cold. The pizza was super thin and had the consistency of cardboard. Really quite awful. The garlic bread was room temperature (even though we got it last) and soggy. The staff were very friendly and apologetic but the timing of our orders just made no sense. It would have been nice to receive an offered refund, discount for next time or an extra slice/appetizer. I'd really like to never step foot into this restaurant again and I certainly won't be recommending it to anyone.

Pretty decent pizza, although the calzones are a different story, not very full and the one I had was kinda cold in the middle.Service could be better, the servers tend to disappear until it is time to bring the check.
