Been living in NWA for 4 years and just finally tried Maria’s last weekend, hands down the best I have had since being here! Loved the margarita it wasn’t a nasty mix, and fresh tableside guac yummmy!

This is an average Mexican restaurant. The cheese enchiladas were a bit basic, and made with shredded cheddar cheese. The ranchera sauce was not very flavorful. However the hot salsa was freshly made and tasted great! The tortilla chips were a bit too thick, and could have used a bit more salt. Also a note for vegetarians that the refried beans are made with lard.Vegetarian options: Refried beans are not vegetarian. Would be nice if they had a vegetarian version.

This was our first time at Maria's. I'm on the fence- Service was outstanding (Our server was Cindy) The food tasted good but was very greasy. The hot salsa was excellent and I appreciate that they serve each customer with individual bowls. I ordered the combo plate consisting of a quesadilla, a taquito and chicken and cheese nachos. Again, it was good but greasy and all tasted the same. I will visit again and try their tacos.

Our waiter was phenomenal and went out of his way to make us happy. We will definitely be coming back.
Pretty standard Tex Mex restaurant for NWA, but it's good quality and reasonably priced! The cheese dip was great and I got the beef enchilada plate which was great as well. Staff were friendly and we were checked on frequently.

Had the worst experience with them today with a to go order. Order wrong, steak fajitas too tough to eat, ordered chicken and both orders were steak. The lettuce is brown, didn't get the sides correct. Live 25 min away, called them and wants me to drive all the way back with the food instead of a credit. It was to go for a reason, I can't make it back today. Manager was rude.Used to be a decent place to eat but it's declined. Don't waste your time and money at this location.I've never posted anything negative for a restaurant before but $40 for wrong order and food too tough to eat and won't make it right...people should know.

Ordered two cardio side of steak rice and steak was old and too tough to was not good at all and also was not it came with two sweet teas and the sweet teas tasting dirty from the tea urns not being cleaned nor did they give me the tortillas with it I wanted a refund but they was closed by the time I made it from there to my house down the road
