We could not have had a better experience. Everything was perfect. The entrees, the server, the ambiance, the wine, the dessert, it was all fabulous. Fabio ( I think that’s how you spell his name) was especially helpful, delightful, and prompt.

This was a great night out! The waiter took great care from the jump. Cocktails to start were good, the first was a gin drink that was green with a cucumber… can’t remember what it was called, but it looked like something from my last juice cleanse but tasted fantastic and had gin in it. That would be a great cleanse! Second was a French 75 and I wish I would have had a pitcher of that. The wheat berry risotto was a fantastic dish that I would love to have again with Thanksgiving. It felt more fallish than spring but honestly what is time anyway? I had the pork chop and that was an excellent choice. My wife had the salmon and that was super as well. You probably cannot make a bad choice when you have an open mind about trying foods outside of your norm. Swiss cake roll for dessert was rich and decadent and wonderful! We took a side quest to the basement and found the tiki bar speakeasy! Drinks and atmosphere were fun and delightful.

A unique dining experience in an old church converted restaurant with a creative name. Food was delicious and worth a visit.

My son suggested two appetizers and main dish to share. It was the perfect mix of flavors-- roasted beets, a risotto, shrimp mushroom finished with a green curry with tofu and potatoes. I'm not doing it justice. Each dish was outstanding!

Every time we are in town this is one of our favorite places to stop in, unfortunately last night was a let down. We usually always order the whole branzino fish with the frill sauce which is absolutely amazing. However last night when we went we saw they had changed it to a "taco style" branzino. We were hesitant to get it but my wife decided to try it. The fish came out with hard taco shells and the toppings. I'm not sure what they are going for but it wasn't very good and messy as well. they need to go back to the original with the dill sauce and asparagus.

This was our first time to dine here. The wine list was nice. The food was terrific. We had appetizers and salad, steak for 2 and a dessert the waitress suggested. All in all, a great evening.

Cool place with great windows. Very open, so it was a little like eating in a very large cafeteria type place. Would have liked a little more coziness but the food MORE than made up for it!!! Had the short ribs and they were really, really good.

Some of the best service and cuisine I've experienced in a long time. The oysters were exquisitely cooked. The Branzino Fish Tacos and Roasted Chicken were cooked to perfection. A delightful and delicious dining experience!

We decided to give this place a second chance for a valentines week date night and the food was highly disappointing. My gnocchi was almost inedible, the texture of it was very strange and the cheese on it tasted like nacho cheese, I actually ended up getting sick from eating it afterwards. The wine they recommended to me was not sweet at all and basically tasted like tequila on the rocks, so not very easily drinkable. Then we asked for some bread for the table, it came burnt, so also inedible......and they charged us $10 for it which wasn't told to us beforehand. I'm really sad because we truly wanted to fall in love with this place, the atmosphere and service was pretty good but it sucked that our date night was ruined due to the food.

We loved our evening at Preachers Son. Wine selection was excellent, our appetizer delicious and my shot rib was absolutely delectable. The decor is lovely and created a wonderful environment to enjoy a winter evening.
