They are closed, due to staffing shortages. A sign said they are closed indefinitely. I wanted to Smashburger and was disappointed they were closed. I am giving them one star simply because I wasn’t able to eat there today and their signage is not obvious from a distance.

Ate there twice in the first week. Lunchtime then dinner. Lunchtime I had a Smashburger, Fries and a Drink. The food was great. On the dinner time I had the Chicken Smashburger. Very surprised at how good it was! I definitely will eat there again.Kid-friendliness: Lunchtime I was there with my Son, Daughter in Law plus 3 of my grandkids. They seemed to enjoy there meals.

First and last time there. 2 people with a burger and drink thirty bucks. Almost 4.00 for a soft drink and no fries. Just burger and drink. It was near impossible to eat because of the mess. At least 10 napkins.

Extremely disappointed and not happy with this place. Burger wasn't even cooked. I"m sorry that's your only job. No one knew how to refund my money and the owners were out of town. No one apologized and even acted like they made a mistake. Other issues too. Will not go back wish I could rate them a zero.

We ordered the same burger that we always order but it wasn’t cooked correctly. The meat was not seasoned and seemed watered down. I spoke to the guy that took our order and he wanted to argue with me about the way it was cooked by telling me that in fact it was cooked right. We come here often but probably won’t be coming back. There’s a reason this place isn’t very busy. $30 wasted - save your money and go someplace else.
They have some amazing burgers! My favorite burger is the classic. The first bite may be considered the best thing you have ever eaten in your entire life. Most fast food places either have good fries and ok or bad burgers, or vice versa. Smash Burger, on the other hand has amazing fries, AND the BEST burger I have ever had. And as a burger addict, that is a huge compliment. On the other hand, unfortunately, the two times I have gone there has been a older lady, very sweet, but somewhat hard to understand, and sometimes needing to hear what you said a second time.Vegetarian options: They do have a veggie burger.Parking: It is in a strip mall with plenty of parking. Never have had trouble parking.

I ordered a mushroom and swiss like always. This one was terrible. Aside from being dried out, there were no mushrooms and no aioli on it. My fries were obviously old because they were so stale. I was refunded my food, but not that delivery fee. Personally, I think they should have offered to resend the food at absolutely no cost to me.
