Had to take it down some notches for one main reason. They are charging 25cents for a ketchup packet?? On the app at least. Friendly service. Food was fine. But really sonic....I had put 5 packets and noticed the bill seemed extra high. I'll still go for drinks and maybe snacks. No more meals.

I ordered a breakfast meal, specifically sausage egg and cheese croissant, 2 orders of tots and 2 drinks. They got the drinks right and everything else wrong. I didn't ask for the cheeseburger I was given and probably overcharged for. There wasn't anyone behind me, so how was I even given the wrong order??? For the love of all that's holy, do better!

Ordered 3 meals and when they delivered it, we realized they missed a drink and tots. She went inside and came back with the receipt and said that the coney wasn't a meal. I specifically called out the meals several times when we ordered and instead of just fixing it, they said I would need to reorder the drink and tots separately. We ended up leaving instead of wasting our time ordering a more expensive meal versus getting the combo we originally ordered. Note to self, don't leave the tip until after you've received your order...

Food was good not the burger it was this way when I went here a year ago burger and bread taste like it has been microwaved several other sonic places do not have nasty burgers like this has been consistently that way for a long time spit some of it

Ok, today was weird at Sonic. We ordered 2 double meat cheeseburgers with no buns and no onion on one.We got - one of those with ketchup, 2 pieces of cheese, 2 pickles and no onion - the other one had 3 pieces of cheese, no ketchup, and no onion. Why were they so different when the only difference should have been no onion on one of them. I still love Sonic though !!

I asked for a limeade with no lime rhine! (Because the rhine makes my drink bitter after a few hours). I caught the boy making it and he had picked up the container the limes and he dumped the nasty juice at the bottom into my drink. I got his attention and told him that was not acceptable. He said “you didn’t want lime rhine” I said you squeeze the juice out of the lime. I called corporate and let them know what had happen. They said too, that was not acceptable. I then received an email from the Sonic mgr. She said it was ok that he did that!?Her email to me? reading what he did was Sonic approved. Read below!!!?HelloThis is Tera, I am the GM at sonic in Bentonville. I received your feedback and would like to discuss it.From what I understood from Malachi, the gentleman who made your drink at the window, was that you ordered a drink without lime wedge, so he poured the lime juice from the container into your drink so it would have the juice but not the real fruit. Is this correct? I have told him in the future, if a guest complains about it, we should just remake it and squeeze the lime and discard the rind. Both ways are Sonic approved methods.When you called, Isaiah answered the phone and was the assistant who tried to help.I have spoken to both of them about how this matter could be handled differently. This location on the regular will mess up orders and then take 30 minutes just to fix it. They will have the car hop read the receipt showing your modifications were put in but when you look at the burger there was nothing changed and upon hitting the button to get a remake they will let you sit there as they ignore your button and take orders from people that just showed up.
