We ordered a 6’ and a 12’ we did not request for extra chicken or soo but they charged.We bought 2 packs of chips and 2 bottled lemonade and those were not included in bill.Please be careful while paying the bill.I hope it reaches the owner.

Luna, let two teenager boy’s; cut in line in front of me & my youngest Son, (1/27/2024) I will never go back to this location, ever again! What a great way to treat a cancer patient!2 teenage little boy’s driving a new grey bronco!! Parents need to do better raising your son’s to be this way

Put a online order in and the entire order got made wrong. And when I called in to let them know the guy that answered the phone had no idea what I was talking about. They are refunding our money buy said they can't refund credit cards or debit cards. Will go somewhere else from now on more then likely. Also I have seen that the managers or owners will not contact you or make things right

Today (8/24/23) I am here to report a major disappointment with service at this Subway location in hopes that something can be done. This is the location nearest my office and I have a vested interest in getting problems resolved.Before today I placed 2 in-person and 1 online order during the lunch hour, all without incident. As expected, the lines do get a bit long at lunch. But I saw how the crew here can hustle to get all the orders done. My online order was ready 5 minutes earlier than the email notification said, so it was a good online experience.Today, I was online at 12:28p to place my order and the email notification promised a "ready time" of 12:45p. When I arrived at the Subway I was greeted by a co-worker who had placed a Subway order with a promised pick-up time of 12:25p. It was 12:40pm already and she told me "Don't expect to get out of here anytime soon. That Subway worker told me the people in line get their sandwiches made first before they make online orders." She didn't get her sandwich until 1:05p, a full 40 minutes late. I decided to get in line because I observed that they indeed didn't make her online order until there was no one in line. I finally got to the head of the line and asked the young man serving me to make my online order (showing him my phone screen) and to make it NOW, not when there was no one in line. The older worker standing next to him said, "I was going to be nice to you, but not now." Not a shining example of good customer service. I had placed an online order to save time, but had to resort to standing in line anyway... and to get this treatment? If I could have walked away I would have but Subway had my money already from the online order. It was 1:12p when I left with my sandwich order... and with a free cookie from the young man who felt bad.While waiting for the sandwich to be made, I asked the young man what was happening that day because I knew this Yelp review had to be written. I like to be fair so I wanted to know the underlying circumstances. He said, "We didn't get our supplies" which I know was part of the issue. They were obviously out of some key ingredients like meat balls which forced my friend to change her sandwich order (part of the reason for the delay in her order). However, I also observed that at least one worker of the 3 present today was very new at the job and working extremely slowly, needing to consult the list of sandwich ingredients. I am a manager and I don't care what business you are in but you NEVER count a trainee as capable of full production. If you need 3 people at lunch time, get 3 experienced people and the trainee is the 4th person while they are in training.In summary, this location has issues: 1) poor customer service skills, 2) supply problems (corporate delivery? inadequate ordering?), 3) not scheduling appropriately for busy times, and 4) inappropriate handling of high value repeat customers who place online orders TO SAVE TIME and don't expect to wait until all walk-ins get served.Subway, do you care to fix your problems?

I worked there I got fired because 2 teenagers said I was gunna beat them up. The place is nasty the let there beard and wraps mold there's mold in the back the meat been never gets cleaned has molded cheese under the pans and management sucks the places is nasty as he'll and I'm not saying that cause I'm mad cause I got fired it's literally the truth.
Don't use the app. It says I picked up my sandwich 20 minutes ago. Still standing there. Could have stood in line 2 times and got my sandwich. This is the second try. 1st time gets a pass.

Austin ran the show. I immediately was welcomed on my way in. He accurately took my order while having some conversation about what I do because of my outfit. Everyone in the building had a relaxed demeanor and it seemed like it was austin creating that environment. He helped two fellow coworkers with different tasks all while being able to take care of me. Austin is the GOAT

The work on online orders and keep customers in the store waiting for over 10 minutes. I waited in line to order food for over 10 mins while they didn’t take a single persons order. They were making sandwiches, but NOT for anyone in the store. After about 10 mins , they finally started taking in-store customers orders. There has to be a better system. Why not have another line make online orders and have a dedicated line for customers in your store. This makes no sense.
