Ordered Pad Thai. Got a plate of sweet homogenous brown goopy noodles with no veggies. Could have been dumped out of a can. My wife had Yum Salad high was pretty good.

The pad see ew had too much soy sauce, I've never had it so salty! Crab ragoons were good, but a bit too cooked which made them dry. The mango sticky rice was great.

I have never had an issue before, nor do I leave reviews, but this makes me question ever eating here again. Bugs in my food, and this is supposed to be BEEF! It smells like fish, and is completely rancid.

This place is pretty tasty! The peppered steak and the chicken pad Thai are my favorite dishes. The service is pretty good most of the time.

We're from Texas, here on business. We spent hours on the road today and were hungry when we got into town. Hungry and NOT wanting fast food.Thai Basil caught our attention and we have it a try.The service was warm and excellent, and the food was served up fresh and delicious. I had the cream rangoons and fresh spring rolls, and my husband had the beef stir fry. Everything was delicious. We've been to this area a couple of times for my husband's business, so it's very possible we'll be back. If so, we will try to make a stop into Thai Basll again.

The only restaurant holding Bentonville up. I had like 20+ delivery orders; good quantity / price ratio. Highly recommend dishes with eggplant as it adds to the flavor. Only complaint is I hope they add less salt for long time customers since I’ve been eating this so much that it’s not good for my health.

Great food. Terrible customer service. Called cuz website wasnt working for ordering. to see is i could call in the order so it would be ready when i got there. When i asked i got a rude no and hung up on. If they dont take phone orders fine but you could at least do more than say no and hang up on a customer. "We dont take phone orders sorry for the inconvenience" or something like that would have been fine. Ridiculous

I love Thai food. The curry sauce was superb, but the potatoes were distinctly undercooked. Service was earnest and polite, but very slow. Enjoyed this place, but . . . .

Used to come here all the time when living in Bentonville. Since moving away we don’t come as often since it’s out of the way. Every once in a while we’ll drive an hour just to pick up the food. Everyone is so nice and the food is delicious. A 10/10 place.

I hardly know where to begin with this review. The restaurant consistently got our orders wrong, delivering drinks we didn't request and serving appetizers with meat despite our vegetarian preference, which they later informed us they only make with meat. To add to the disappointment, they only brought one of our main course dishes, leaving us waiting over one and a half hours for the remaining three, which never arrived. In the end, we had to resort to dining elsewhere across the street. Overall, this was the worst dining experience I've had in Bentonville.
