The staff was fabulous and friendly. They were having problems with the electronics and couldn't register offers, but cook had us verbally tell her what we wanted and didn't even write it down but got all correct. Amazing. Sandwiches were ready in no time at all. They were amazing. Great price and service. I recommend this restaurant.Parking: We parked right in front of the door. No problems getting in or out.

Picked up my yearly Christmas holiday ham and discovered they have sliders now and ordered some. I ordered the turkey and Swiss and they did not disappoint, we had these as part of our Christmas Eve meal. I knew Honey Baked did sandwiches for lunch but the sliders are new. I'll be trying the other two options as well, the chicken bacon ranch and ham and cheddar.

Ordered online for a pickup. The day before picking up I called to ask if there were coupons nice older man said coupon savor and he'd honor coupon. Got there today with a 100 gift card, largest turkey had was under 10lbs, I also ordered a 5 lb ham. The manager wouldn't honor the coupon even after I said the man yesterday said he would. My bill was 167.00, than minus the gift card. What a racket this is not worth the price. I could have gotten a 18 lb turkey and whole ham and still come out cheaper. This was my first and last time I'll use Honey Baked. Not impressed!!

Stopped in for lunch. They have a small lunch menu and there's usually very few people there. Where they excel is their honey baked hams for a holiday, but make sure you pre-order. The price may seem high, but the ham is exceptional.

Folks here refused to sell me an 8 lb ham which would have been covered in full by the company gift certificate I held. Although the right size was in stock, I was only allowed to purchase a bigger one and pay the difference. I was told I had to make a reservation for the smaller size ham, and the earliest reservation would be the next day. I paid the difference rather than make another 45 minute round trip to visit this store, but I won't be frequenting this location again. These gift hams from our employers have been something my husband and I have enjoyed for 25+ years, but regretfully we will advise them that this isn't the nice gift it used to be.

Service was great and friendly, the ham and the scalloped potatoes were good, but the green bean casserole was terrible. This isn’t a problem with the local store, it is a corporate recipe attempt at a green bean casserole.First it is made with scrawny French green beans, a sorry attempt at what would normally be cream of mushroom soup that was just a watery mess, and a tiny bag of French fried onions. If you were to take that casserole to a church potluck, you would be laughed out. They need to use regular cut green beans, a real cream of mushroom soup that isn’t watery, and then an adequate amount of French fried onions.

Quality meats and good sandwiches. I have wondered for years hiw the place is still open because they have always been dead when I went in.

WOW I had no idea they have sandwich shops in the store! $7.99 and by far fresher than any other sandwich shop I've had. Truly delicious!

This used to be thanksgiving staple, but this year it was so bad we decided “never again”. The ham was so salty and tough. We threw it out after dinner- didn’t even want to make soup with it. I don’t know what happened to them.

Normally I go here for special occasions to order or pick up an order. Rather than cook a turkey this year, I wanted to have some smoked turkey from here to go along with the fixins' that were made for the holiday. The line was, unsurprisingly, quite long. Fortunately, those that prepaid were able to go in and pick up their order and head on out fairly quickly. I hadn't prepaid and needed to wait in line. The staff were very polite and moved through as quickly as they could despite some in the line not being happy with the wait. I still highly recommend going here for lunch as well if you've not tried it.

Decided to try after receiving recommendations from friends but got horrible customer service. Walked in for a pickup order and all the ladies working there ignored us and continued talking in a group rather than helping us. My order was scheduled for pickup at 3pm but the worker could not seem to find it. Turns out it wasn’t even ready but there were at least 4 people working there. The store was not busy and we were the only customers there so I don’t understand why we had to wait for them to prepare it right then when I paid for it days in advance. Definitely unorganized and not a positive experience, I don't think anyone deserves the treatment we got.
