We had them cater our lunch at work and it was so good!! It was so filling! Super fresh! A BLT slider, tiny tomatoes, crackers, meat, cheese (2 different kind), grapes, tomatoes, olives, strawberries, blueberries, pistachios, spinach dip, truffles. I know there was more, but don't remember it all!

Rod and Sandy are the best! They are so easy to work with and offer great suggestions. They catered our wedding and stayed within our budget. We had everything from a grazing table, coconut shrimp, cheddar biscuits, pork tacos, and on and on. Everyone raved about the food because it is that good! This is not your average food truck. I had the pork burritwhoa and it was amazing. Their take on Mexican is has very fresh ingredients and does not make you feel worn down like I usually feel after eating a large Mexican meal. The pork is moist and tender and the cheese sauce is extremely flavorful. Also, the beans, radish, and pineapple are not a typical combo in a burrito - but it is surprisingly delicious!
