I have been so disappointed with my order tonight. I ordered a taco wedgie and couldn't believe what they gave me. The meat was old looking and there was barely any of it. The lettuce and chips totally overpowered the meat and the bread was so much that it took me two bites before I had a taste of anything else. I called and voiced my complaint because the price they charge is way too much on what you actually get. I was stunned when the manager told me that all ingredients are pre measured from corporate and didn't offer any kind of answer to fix it or replace it with something else. Honestly this sandwich should not be allowed to be sold because of how disgusting it is and I doubt I'll be ordering from them again. Customer service should always be the most important thing to any business..

Decided to stop here since my husband passes it everyday on his way to work. The employees there were super friendly, especially the older lady who was there tonight! Made us feel so welcome and at home! The pizza was amazing! The crust was my favorite part, but honestly it was all so good! We will definitely become regulars here. I might even move into the delivery range! ❤ ?

My family has always thought highly of Fox's pizza in Bono! However tonight the way my mother was talk to was unacceptable. She called and asked for a Big Daddy, half sausage and the other half everything.Guy said. We're out of big daddy's.Mom. Okay can I get a large Pizza with everything on it and before she could even say everything meaning supreme wise the guy said. "You're gonna spend $100 for a large Pizza with everything on it!?" With a smart attitude.Mom said I just bought a big daddy last week with everything and it was close to $34.....guy.silenceSo mom being blown away she said well I'll just make it simple for you. "I'll take 1 large cheese pizza and 1 large pepperoni pizza. And the guy said. "We're pretty busy so it'll be around an hour before it's ready.My mom said "Okay."Then I get up there and talk to them and the manager literally justified why the guy spoke to my mom the way he did.... I was like what!?!? Are you serious?!Oh and our pepperoni pizza had ZERO cheese on it literally the crust, sauce, and pepperonis. They were ice cold and hard.I'm not even mad, I'm disappointed simply bc we give them SOOO much business but after tonight, not anymore.I wouldn't have even made this post if the manager would've handled this in a different manner. My mother didn't deserve that.Ethan M if you happen to see this, I know what it's like to be slammed on a Friday night because I too have been in your position, so I'm taking that into consideration that you may have some things going on in your personal life that could've effected your attitude this evening.
