Ordered a BLT from this subway, got home with just bacon on white. When I called in I was informed ypu have to specifically request lettuce and tomato on a blt... crazy.

This subway is one I try to avoid in our area because they don't accept any coupons AND the employees are not very kind. The handful of times I've went in there there has only ever been ONE employee to actually be kind to us. She welcomed us in and from start to finish was very polite. However any other time I feel like we're burdening them with our business. Never any "welcome" or even the slightest hint of customer service. There's nothing worse than making your customer feel like an imposition.

I think the pictures speak for themselves... would not recommend the Philly cheesesteak by any means. Unsure why it was half empty & handled with anger, while the other sandwich is perfectly full.
The food was fresh and correct. But we ordered extra pickle and black olives and there was barely any. Also, most of the food was on half of the sandwich.

If I could give zero stars I would but I can't. This is by far the worst subway I have ever eaten at. My order is never right and I always have to go back and have them remake it (online order) Tonight my husband placed a special instruction on the order to please pay attention to the extras. When I walked in to have my sandwich remade the girls behind the counter very clearly insinuated the order with "that special instruction." The last time I ordered and my sandwich was wrong, big surprise there....the lady remaking it could not ever remake the order properly with the order right in front of her face on the receipt. Never again with this subway.
