After an hour passed and we called to see where our order was, we were informed by the manager that the driver came to our house knocked for 10 minutes and called multiple times when they didn't call once and ended up at my neighbors house. We were told they closed 11 minutes ago and there wasn't anything they could do now and to call tomorrow and place the order. Ended up having to get out with the flu at 10pm for food. They did nothing to try and make it right or even apologize.

We live in Jonesboro and have been ordering from Jim’s pizza for awhile. They used to have really good pizza but it has not been very good the last few times we have ordered ?. We always get a supreme sticky fingers. The last few times it did not have any veggies (maybe some small bite size belly peppers)and hardly any pizza sauce.

Good pizzeria out of Brookland. I would suggest ordering online as they have a range of deals available using that method. They have a variety of other dishes besides pizza like salads, wings, pizza in a bowl, pasta, desserts, and others. They offer delivery to most of Brookland and some places outside those city limits. Overall, not a bad spot and will visit again.

The person on the phone was very rude! My wife has a mushroom allergy so I always order her salad no mushrooms. We got home and not only did he not replace the salad, but said if I wanted it right i should just buy a new one! Never eating here again and I'll just go to jonesboro to get pizza.

We ordered on the app and picked up in the drive through. Mr. Jim's was hot and fresh. The quality was good. They didn't skimp on the toppings. The crust was different from the average pizza place. It was kind of tough and chewy, but it was really good.
