I ordered a hamburger steak and the waitress asked me how I wanted it cooked and I told her well done and I get it and it was not done and so I let her know and she took it back to get it cooked more and then she brings it back and my sides were cold since I had to wait on my food to get done I was so upset I just asked her for my back on my food cause I didn’t want to eat cold food

It's Cracker Barrel. Service was slower than normal, but good. I'm not a fan of how cramped you are in the dining room, but I guess I knew that going in.

Waitress put in wrong order, came back 3 different times saying she fixed it, waited over an hr for our food. Was told we would be discounted due to the issue, got check, paid full price for both meals. I'm not one to get upset over not getting discounts but this was all the waitress, she put in the wrong order and kept saying 5 mins. Worst service yet, never a fan of this place and that was the topping for me. And it wasn't even busy. SMH do better.

This restaurant was mid. Had the chicken fried chicken. And the meatloaf. Food was good. Service was very poor. If I was to return to this store and had the same waitress. I would honestly get up and walk out.

I have never had better pancakes & our waitress was a jewel. She didn't bat an eye with my order, so it made it so easy. The 3 of us had a very good experience. Thank you, and keep up the good work.
