I never leave bad reviews because I’m an easy person to please who doesn’t ask for much. However I have had the WORST experiences here!! Ever since they moved to this new location the pizzas and service have been TERRIBLE!! I’m vegetarian and can’t eat cheese so my pizza is very simple. I customize the black box pacific veggie pizza and ask for extra sauce, extra veggies and for it to be well done! I’ve given this location maybe 3 or 4 try’s and they’ve only gotten it right once! Every other time it’s been dry, not enough veggies or worse not cooked all the way. Last night my pizza was still doughy in the middle and did not have extra toppings. The sauce wasn’t quite extra either. I added more once I got home and tried to put it in the oven to cook longer but the middle just wouldn’t get done. What a complete waste of money, again! And the service there isn’t great either. I always place my order on the app and one time I spoke to the manager about my pizza being dry (it visibly looked like it had no sauce) and she told me I needed to call in and tell them to be heavy handed. That defeats the purpose of me wanting to use the app. Then when I asked her to remake it so it could be saucey she said no matter what it was going to continue to be dry. Well that’s not true because I actually had one pizza previous to that visit that was surprisingly to my satisfaction. Needless to say I tried to give this location a try and they just can’t get it right so I’m NEVER going there again!

Don't order the pan style pizza. I've given them several chances, and it always is a sloppy mess of a pizza. The other styles are ok. Attached is a photo of a pan pizza I received; I tried to pull a slice off and all the toppings started sliding off of it into the box.

Worst pizza I have ever eaten. For me, it's all about the sauce. It was very bland. Never added salt, I had to this time. Never going back.
