The management has change for the worse. I been coming here for years I literally get the exact same thing. I have spent a hundreds of dollars here over the years I could confirm this with my bank. One night The manager tries to charge my 1.50 extra because I said alil more rice on my quesadilla please after I was givin the first half serving. He says it cost more for extra. This was nothing more then the usual amount someone would get. That’s like going to Subway and asking for lettuce on your sandwich, then, after thry put some, you asked for a little more and then they charge For extra lettuce when you get to the register. I was shocked he was charging me extra. Then he couldn’t even tell me what is the standard portion or serving size amount of rice is.. is it 1 oz 2oz or 3 what is it???? He couldn’t even tell me because he was making it up. He told me to get out or pay now. he then stanched the bag away from me. I feel he discriminated against me and I’ll never return. Nor will any of my friends that I have introduced to the restaurant.The management is bad and I even ran into former employees that say the same. A Situation like this would never ever be allowed to go unchecked at any other major taco chains.

I will NEVER eat here again. Rice was hard and old, asked fir fresh rice and he refused. Have a cheese allergy and when I got home cheese was in my food from them just being messy and having food in every container. This my last time!!!

My mom and I stopped in today. Mom had the burrito and I did the three taco meal. The food was good and very accommodating to an allergy of onion. The young man was pleasant and helpful to my mom. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was the price. $30+ for the food and 2 drinks, little experience.

I've visited the location I'm Bryant several times. In my most recent visits I have an odd experience. I always go in to place my order. Whether there's a line or not as I'm being helped one employee in particular always interrupts whoever is helping and insists on fixing order. At first I didn't think anything of it. However it's just odd that he keeps doing it regardless if it's or my husband who visits. We always order a bowl. Each time it's loaded with rice but the person who fixes the order doesn't even put a full scoop of whatever we ask for. If we ask for more, he always says "well that's an additional $2." We have no problem paying for reasonable portions. However half of that already small scoop of meat is ridiculous. On our last visit we ordered 2 rice bowls, 1 with chicken and 1 with shredded beef. We might as well have order a veggie bowl.

today was our first time going to don pepe’s and it was hands down the BEST experience! ivan working the drive thru was so patient, and helped us choose what to order, he was so welcoming and helpful! we will be back but next time to dine in! 10/10 recommend!!
