Made a purchase in the app for pick up, was told it’s be ready by 7:15 pm (20 minutes after I ordered) showed up and waited ANOTHER 20 minutes (after 7:15) which is fine i understand it gets busy, BUT my whole order was wrong, they didn’t add or subtract ANYTHING from the sandwiches I ordered. First and last time at this location because the FOUR people behind the line would rather play than pay attention. Money wasted because I don’t want to drive 30 minutes back to have it fixed.

They were nice, but the cashier didn’t listen to me when I told her I didn’t want onions nor did I want caramelized onions (the sandwich has both). She rung up one but not the other. When I told her again, she rang up no caramelized peppers. I again told her, and she said “that’ll be $$$.”I ended up picking them off and lost half of my cheese in the process. The sandwich was good, but could have been better if I had cheese and no onion taste. Just listen to your customers and quit trying to talk over them.

Very disappointed,our order was wrong. The cashier was very nice but they got my order totally wrong. When I called I got a very matter of fact response. It was ad though they didn't care. Sandwich was very dry and bland. Told me to bring it back(which is a twenty minute drive one way). They told me well there's nothing I can do for you. As wrong as my order was there should have been something offered. Buy one get one free, something. Oh yeah if you're training someone check the food they are producing. All around Fail!

We ordered at the window. Someone was picking up there order before us with their white fuzzy dog hanging out of the window, the worker at the window was petting the dog, it was licking her & she had a nose ring in her nose picking at that and went after our order next.We never saw her wash her handsI don't have anything against pets but not in my kitchen or around my food
Clean and nice location with a drive thru. Very few customers. I did a pickup order.. wasn't aware of the drive thru.. went inside, and a family was in front of me. There were 5+ workers - the newbie was taking orders. I asked the staff who were waiting around if I could just pick up my order - no, I would have to wait. So my turn and the order was ready the whole time. ? 15 minutes for pickup.
Not even usually the type to do this but i asked for a sandwhich plain meat and cheese they put mayo and mustard. Stuff happens but then after calling trynna get it fixed they said id have to pay $20 for a whole nother sandwhich. After being combative they finally said i could come get it fixed at that point i was already back in little rock. It’s literally just certain employees that make things bad for companies. Actin like the sandwhich was coming out of their check or something. Sad

Great sandwiches, diner atmosphere. They use to holler "welcome to firehouse subs" whenever someone walks in -- which was kinda cool. Last few times I've gone, they didn't welcome the clientele. Moderately priced for amount of fillings in sandwich. Would recommend purchasing the whole sub for just a little extra. Otherwise you'll be hungry and hour and a half later.Parking: During busy times, you'll have to park a little further down, but hey-- do take out and go through their drive through window.
