Overcharged for our meal, tiniest portions ever, DIRTY. Literally had a pile of trash sitting by our table the whole time. Was not over busy.
‼️ be careful when paying with card on ihop ‼️On Friday, December 29, I, my husband and my 2 children went to eat. Everything was great, the food and the customer service. My husband paid the bill with his card and we left the tip in cash. And on the receipt where it says tip, my husband wrote in cash, we paid, we left the tip and we left and yesterday Sunday, checking the expenses that my husband made, we realized that they took 15 dollars too much from us.This is the second time that they have taken extra money from us. The first time it was 10 dollars and it was from my card and my husband didn't let me go and complain to ihop and now it's happened to him that they will take extra money from him. We did not go to complain because we are not in Arkansas.So when you go, pay in cash or check your account when your payment is processed.

Told waitress my order 3 different times, she couldn't remember Strawberry Banana French Toast with a side of bacon. Came out wrong still. They were not busy, 3 tables. She smelled like alcohol and was stumbling around at 530pm on a Saturday. Charged credit card surcharge when paying cash. Didn't feel like explaining this so I opted to pay CC and get out of dodge.

I went to IHop in Bryant today. After being seated, I waited a long time for someone to take my order. This never happened. I mentioned to the hostess that I was leaving. A waitress spoke up and said I was seated at her table and that she was "too busy" to wait on me. The attitude was that they didn't care. Excuse me, but in a time with servers wanting more money and everyone begging for tips, customer service is lost. I love the food there, but I can take my business elsewhere.
