Service is HORRIBLE!!! I was told my order would be ready in 12 minutes and it took a hour. Finally got my pizza and it wasn’t made right! Staff are very rude!!!!!!! I will never eat at this location again. Hate if I was secret shopper, they definitely would have FAIL!!!

Service was terrible. The guy got my order wrong after charging me for it (cheese bread & marinara). I watched someone complain and get given my cheese bread, just to shut them up, so I waited 35 minutes for cheese bread. Waiting area was dirty. Employees arguing. One girl said she was too overwhelmed, so she wasn't answering drive-thru anymore. Not a great idea to visit during peak hours. Cheese bread was pretty good though.

A Sunshine Treasure

Everything was great! I ordered right after they opened. My food was so fresh and perfectly made. I used the drive thru for pick up. The staff was very friendly and prompt.

We order online at the Bryant location for delivery. $50 worth of pizza. We get a call an hour later from door dash saying the dashing went to pick up our order and the restaurant canceled it because they never received it!!! Excuse me, I ordered it through your store not door dash!!! And instead of making it, u cancel it. Now 10-12 days to get that money back. Horrible horrible service. You just lost our business and to think I wanted to use yall for our super Bowl party to. That is horrible management

So I actually really love Little Caesars Pizza I love the fact that they make everything new everyday. Although they could be a lot better at having enough workers to better service the customers because anytime I have gone anywhere from 10:00 to sometimes close to 30 or 45 minutes to get an order. And that's even if I have place it online or called it in before and gave them a good amount of time to make everything before driving up there to get it. It's not the employees fault they're doing the best they can they just seem like there's not enough or the building is not big enough to make the amount needed for the consumers / customers. The atmosphere is also very kind of boring and chaotic along with feeling a little bit rushed and able to tell that the employees are rushing

We stopped in for quick food however we waited in line for nearly 45 minutes. When we got to the window the manager named Hannah was trying to find orders for customers. We finally got our food and managed to leave but our Pizza was cold as though it had been left sitting out for a while. The bottom of the boxes were soggy as well. We are very dissatisfied overall especially since a MANAGER stood there VAPING instead of trying to help customers.

Best pizza for the price. Yes they are slow but every restaurant is slow because lack of workers. I’ve watched while two people are working their tales off at this location. They can’t hire if nobody applies. People are too busy standing at the corner getting free money from folks.
