Got there about 7 pm on 12/27/2023. First of all 5 customer's with calling in were waiting on their orders. One customer order had to be changed due to lack of product. Another customer walk up asking about his order as it had been over 20 minutes since he place his order coming from his table. I stood there for 20 minutes no one greeted me or said I will be with you soon. After standing there listening to staff walked around me or past me I decided it was best for me to leave so we walked out. Place wasn’t that busy for table customers. Poor calling in customers had to be waiting longer. This was in Bryant Arkansas in shopping center.

My wife and I hand not eaten at McAlister’s in a while, but should have known better. We ordered our food which took a minute due to new person and no one was helping them. My wife ordered 7 sour cream’s t go with her potato, but they did not ring up 7 and I didn’t notice at the time. Once we got our food I stated we should have 7 not 1 sour cream’s, so the waitress went back to get them. The waitress came back to the table and stated she could only give us 2. My wife asked to speak with the manager. Manager came to the table with an attitude and stated the cashier is new and she was not going to give us the other sour cream because we did pay for it. Absolutely not one time did she try to solve the problem or just state we could come back up to pay for the sour cream. I did go back to the counter to order the remaining sour cream we needed. The cashier I guess thought I was not going to pay and this same rude manager asked cashier who were they for and stated I will only give them 1 more. The cashier finally realized I wanted to pay for the sour cream and someone had to show her how to ring them up. The manager was the most rude person I have ever encountered and she probably needs to take management class. Moral of the story customer service should always be first!!!!

I’ve been in here for the past 30 minutes and still haven’t gotten any food. It is not busy at all but yet I’m waiting. I would rate the food but there is none. Where my food?

Slightly pricey for a simple sandwich. We had a group of four people and it was three out of four had cold sandwiches nothing cooked or heated up yet the hot food came out and it was another 10+ min before we got our sandwiches. It was 20$ just for a sandwich meal just for myself. If y you have extra money and the time to wait to get what you oryits a nice place
