Had a bad experience here on just my second visit that will keep me from returning. Their yogurts are excellent though expensive and I love the fact there's always a sugar free option for diabetics like me. But when I presented a coupon for a reduced price on my purchase, the cashier wouldn't except it because "I've never seen that before." It had the store name and location printed on it and came from a reputable company called My Deals. What should have been a very pleasant experience was not because of the argumentative employee who refused to deal with the issue cordially. I'll pass on another visit.

Went in today, and tried a simple chocolate and vanilla swirl. Does not taste like yogurt, has a bitter aftertaste. Management is very rude when I asked if there was a problem with some of the machines. Horrible experience and people. Stay away.

MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!! Wasn't crowded or anything but they was out of the original flavor I wanted, however, had enough options to choose from so I wasn't left disappointed. Absolutely DEEEELICIOUS?? Weighs your cup to total your price(which was neat) AND it was all self serve so that was also super neat!!!! Was able to take my time whilst browsing all my options on frozen yogurt flavors plus toppings ?
