Good food. Some of the workers are usually blatantly high or just not very friendly. Also $1 just for cheese or peppers is ridiculous. The packaging still only covers half of a pizza. Which is the company's fault, not the workers.

They are not open to pick up your food,you can only drive thru and they did not have our food ready at 6 when we had placed the order. They said that it would be another 10 minutes. Not happy with their service and the girl did not even care that we would have to go back around and wait in line again. Poor service.

We ordered pizza last night and it was fantastic. We also have the breadsticks which are pretty good. This is one of our go to places because they deliver to our house. Obviously there’s a lot of options around, but this is always a good one.

I remember how delicious pizza hut was as a kid, teen and young adult. The pizza was hot. The mozzarella cheese would string a mile! It is not like that anymore. I've accepted that the quality is not what it use to be. , but I expect it to have some quality! I have one person in my home that loves pizza hut. So, I ordered pizza from pizza hut tonight. We tried to order online and use my points, but it would not work! We called it in. Over an hour later. I called to see what was taking so long. They had me down for carry out! They said they would get it right out. I told them I did not want cold pizza. They said they would remake my order. I did not want to order, but the other person wanted me to go ahead and order it. So, I agreed to wait another hour. The pizza arrived a short time later. It was disgusting! The ham was tough as jerky. Hardly any cheese at all on the pizza!! It was like eating pizza that sat under a heat lamp all day then, cooled down to room temp. The bread sticks were hard and tasted old. All of the food was cold. The boxes had wet places which showed they sat fo r awhile. Besides all that, it cost more than the price quoted originally. I will not go back to pizza hut. Especially not the bryant location.

Delivered fast! Pizza was tasty and wings were good. We ordered from our hotel and were surprised how quickly they delivered. The delivery woman was very nice and helpful. She even brought paper plates & extra napkins since we were in a hotel.
I just wasted $6.00 on some kind of cheese it Gimmick for my kids. WTH! Do not order the cheese it. It sucks and is expensive. As for this particular location. Hit or miss, but better than other locations. What I really miss is the old Pizza Hut from the early 80's. The pizza back then was pizza. It was thick and loaded with cheese plus what ever topping. Each bite was a mouth full of flavor and the crust was to die for. But those days are gone. I get the change that the Hut is going through as a reaction to the competition. But jeez guys just go ahead and change the name also because it isn't Pizza Hut anymore.

We saw this newly modeled Pizza hut when we were driving through leaving hot springs. when we entered I was thrown off by out greeting. There was a sign to wait to be seated so we waited and waited then finally someone came and seated us. This was thankfully the end of our bad experience because once we were seated the waitress made us feel welcome and gave us prompt service. I ordered wings and they were delicious medium buffalo was just hot enough to give me a bit of a runny nose and we're amptly sauced. Our deep dish cheese pizza was fantastic and paired well with the soft yummy breadsticks. Our picky two year old gobbled a whole slice by herself. The place does seem to work a few bugs out the seating and some issues with their pay system but overall I would recommend this Pizza hut.

The worse pizza I have ever had. The service was bad as well. The place was empty when I arrived and I stood there waiting to be seated for 5 minutes before anybody came up front and noticed me. I ordered a thin crust that was so tough that I could not eat it. I remember growing up and Pizza Hut was the place to be, now it's the last place I want to be. Very disappointing.

I was having trouble getting online to place a to go order so I called the Pizza Hut number which is the general order number. I was told that this location didn't offer the special so order would be $13. When I got there to pick up my order the very nice young lady said of course we have the special and gave it to me for the carryout price of $5.99 a great deal. Great customer service
