Heads up. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I was on my lunch break (only getting 30 minutes, just enough time to run through a drive through), when I ordered a JUMBO popcorn chicken. I hurried back to the office and opened my bag to find 8 (small) pieces of chicken barely filling half the container. To add insult to injury, the rest of the container was filled up with five packets of ketchup. This is totally unacceptable especially considering spending over 4 dollars for half of a container which was VERY obvious it was not a full order!!! I do not know why I keep giving THIS Sonic second chances, so I guess it really is my fault for going there even though they seem to always screw something up. I think I finally learned my lesson this time! It continually appears that attention to detail is not a priority, and the main qualification to work there is that you only have to breath!?!?

Edit: I contacted them through the provided link below my review. They are completely unhelpful. I was told they'd give me a refund 4 days ago, I've yet to see that reflected in my account. I asked how long these refunds usually take and they straight up refused to answer me. I got a generic auto response email back. This is ridiculous. I'm about to file a chargeback with my bank considering they told me they'd refund me, haven't refunded me, and are refusing to be cooperative.They overcharge for what they serve. I got old fries and chicken that tasted like wet dog for 9 dollars, what a waste. Quality has gone down dramatically, but they keep raising their prices to unreasonable extremes. It costs almost 2 dollars just to get extra cheese on some fries. It's ridiculous.

Not only was my burger perfect, but Paige was amazing. My van wouldn't start when I was ready to leave, and she pulled her car around and hooked up the cables and jumped it off! My I cannot thank you enough!The last few times we have been to this sonic, every order has been correct! Thank you, 7/2023Shark week, supposed to get a free corndog with every slush, but even though I ordered in the app and redeemed the reward, I got no corn dogs. The manager on duty did come. Look at my app and make it right.

Every Sonic's is difference highway 5 stagecoach okay messes up on orders a lot. Baseline it's just sad service sucks employees have attitude need to find a new job if they cannot deal with serving the people. Colonel Glenn it's good stays busy employees work hard to try to get the order to you on time once you get your order at the deal with traffic getting out of the area.

The ordering screen is already very old-fashioned. They should already have touch-screens so we don't have to wait to order through the microphone. By the way... They removed the only healthy grilled chicken they had!! It's not fair. There are still people who worry about what we eat

UPDATE: I quickly received a reply from the management and they refunded my purchase. That is what will keep me as a customer that they righted a wrong.I know places aren't going to be perfect all the time and I had experience working in fast food myself so I understand how one night can be so different by a different crew. So the fact that the manager righted the mistake makes a big impression in a positive way to me!Original post:The carhop was apparently not happy to be working after 9 pm and her sarcastic tone showed as she handed me the bag and drink and took off before I could even say thank you. I'm glad I didn't have any questions.And the food was very disappointing tonight. The onion rings tasted like they were fried in old grease and were basically inedible. My wife usually loves their burger but she ate two bites trying to enjoy it and said she couldn't as it tasted terrible. I tried a bite and I agreed, it was definitely not the normal Sonic burger taste. We feel completely ripped off tonight from the Sonic on Reynolds Road in Bryant. We got a combo of bad service and bad food!
