I came in for lunch today, the restaurant was not busy at all(only 6-7 people inside). My sandwich was warm and my fries were cold, some were not even cooked. This is disgraceful.

There are 2 mangers here a black guy named Victor and a young white girl named Nicole they are the rudest 2 individuals I have ever came across in my life . Then Victor takes crazy until I pulled out my phone I requested a call back from the area manager but that never happened. These two managers need to be demoted and go through extrem retraining before dealing with the public again. Because of me not hearing back from the DM yet notes I’m understanding a lot SMH. RUN RUN RUN DONT go this unprofessional establishment location on Reynoldss Road in Bryant Arkansas.

No napkins in dining room, out of DP because chose not to refill it dining room not clean with no customers. You have to do better survive as a restaurant. Food was good, just the front lady ruined the ambiance. Plus fill up the sauces. This isn't a one off. Same upfront staff and situation 6 weeks ago.

Somehow when I ordered in the app in it messed up when I went to pay. Well the order went through and they stood by their word. Zaxbys for dinner instead of lunch!! Excellent food ?

I ordered in the drive thru and when I pulled up the cashier was giggling with her friends. She gives me my first drink and my food and then hands me my card and then she hands me the second drink, I pull off and find a wad of gum stuck to the side of my cup, along with that i got a chicken club that looked disgusting, did not have the right sauce on it, the chicken was soggy, the cheese was thrown on there and tasted funny. I got my food today aug 11, 2023 around 11:30am. I normally love this place and wouldn’t write something like this because that’s what Karen’s do, however these cashier girls giggled in my face and gave me this disgusting order

Staff was amazing. Offered to fry fresh food if I wanted to wait, and the food I had was already fresh by my standards.
Can I give a - - star ? I had ordered a salad for delivery and paid good money just to get it delivered with hardly any salad in the salad bowl... very disappointed

I understand when busy and understand shift change but u guys had 6 workers that I saw and they left me at drive threw 8 mins to order then when I got to window to collect app points they could not find a manger due to comp locked up my reward expired at 8 mins and I expired after that and left 20 mins nobody there and could not get a chicken sandwich, TRAINING IS vital q

i cannot express my frustration to know that i speak better english than the majority of my coworkers and my order is still somehow wrong and i have to repeat my order at the drive through several times and it’s till wrong to the point that i have to ask for my order meal by meal ensuring that they have the order right. it’s sad that the order had to be repeated as many times as it did and in the time i order from this zaxbys i could’ve gone to the busier zaxbys 5 minutes down the road, ordered and halfway home. i love zaxbys but i do not love the drive thru staff
We love Zaxby's when it's done correctly, and they got it right. Hot, delicious food prepared quickly with great service. Tina R was great.
