Walked into Cabot Arby's. Restaurant was nearly empty. Stood at counter for nearly 5 minutes watching employees mope around, no motivation, ignoring counter. Food piled under frier. Never got to order because we got tired of waiting

I ordered my food in the drive through and paid for it before I got there. The young man at the window was negligent by not giving me straws and I had two different drinks and they were not labeled. Then when I got home there was no dipping sauce for my French Dip!! I tried to call them directly but of course no answer! I was the only person in the drive through!! You need to hire people that care about how they do their job!! I wanted to talk to a manager but obviously not one there!

I came through the other day and haven’t had cabot arby’s in a while… and honestly it’s because i haven’t had good experiences in the past…. however my co workers were wanting some arby’s and i went to go pick up the food through doordash. I dealt with the best employee! I want to give her a shout out and some appreciation. As the assistant manager of Papa Johns, I think she is manger worthy!!! She’s young, i think she has reddish hair, pale skin and very light freckles. Ad i was double checking my order , she says “i made it myself after my other workers made it wrong the first time.” AND THAT RIGHT THERE IS MANAGER WORTHY!! she was super thoughtful with her customers and it’s rare to find. i hope you give this girl a promotion or raise or something cause she’s going places either way! i’ve dealt with customer service for a while and it’s rare to find someone who’s willing to learn everything in a job. it’s clear she was just a drive through worker, but can still do the other people jobs better! it’s rare to find someone that cares about the food they serve. and it’s rare to find someone with such energy to DEAL with the restaurant business. Give this girl some appreciation at least please and thank you!-Your local Papa Johns Assistant Manger!

Carry out ordered at 10:25 pm on 1/19/24.When I walked in, the menu board was off. I was told it was because they were technically closed but would serve me. Online, it says that the restaurant is open until 11 pm. Order was taken after one employee said that they were "out of lots of sh!t." I ordered a roast beef sandwich and crinkle fries. Food was great, but when the employee handed me my order, he did not say anything and just handed me my bag. I said "Thank you," and he turned away and said nothing.Again, the food was hot, tasted good, and the order was correct. Some of the employees attitudes were bad. I understand that it was close to closing time (according to Google) and there were a few customers from a school bus that had just walked in, but that should not give employees permission to act that way.
