The shrimp fried rice was horrible, lumpy rice, too much eggs, and the eggs was burnt and taste like rice with soy sauce. Never will I ever eat there again.

We were passing through Cabot and tried this place because of the rating, which, in my opinion, is very wrong.First of all, the bathroom is disgusting. If we hadn’t already ordered, we would have left after I used it. The doorknob even had something green dried on it. And it smelled really bad, but not like human waste, just awful. The owner is too much. Before we even ordered she was talking about reviews and stuff. It was off putting and we should have not ignored that red flag. The crab rangoon had no crab. And they give you packets of duck sauce, not sweet and sour sauce. The egg rolls were obviously frozen and very salty. We ordered moo goo gai pan, orange chicken, and shrimp lo mein. The noodles were ok. The fried rice was mushy, like it was leftover from the day before. The moo goo gai pan looked like the chicken was boiled, nothing was seasoned, and smelled like a wet dog. The orange chicken looked like it had been reheated more than once, had pieces of orange peel burned black in it, and yet still had absolutely no taste. To top off the experience, the owner would not leave us alone. We were there for twenty minutes before we gave up and threw everything away, and she came to our table 4 times to harass us about not eating and offering to make more food. We kept trying to be polite, but I finally had to tell her, “No thank you. We would like to talk to each other please.” She got mad and walked away and thankfully didn’t return.None of us ate very much, but we’re all a little nauseous.

The lady at the front refused to give me food over and over after showing her I ordered it online. She then told me she was upset because I ordered it third party for pickup instead of calling it in to the store directly and it costs them money when people do this. I understand her frustration but at the same time, I prefer to order online. It you don’t want people to order online, don’t have the option available. It took ten mins after I showed her my order receipt for her to give me my food. Got home and it was all slung around in the bag and leaking everywhere from her mishandling it. I’ve ordered delivery from here and had no issues before. Will not be returning.

The food is always cooked to order and is hot, fresh and the best the Cabot area has to offer. Great value and you can add extra meat or veggies for a small upcharge and get your money's worth.

I ordered crab Rangoons and was made by the owner to purchase my own red sweet and sour sauce to go with them. I have never been made to do this, everywhere I have ever been has given it to you with the meal. Owner was very rude and didn’t see how paying for my sauce was an issue, she says the sauce only comes with the sweet and sour chicken. Very unfortunate that they rip you off even after you pay for your food. Of course I was going to get the sauce when handed my food, I didn’t have a choice. Very bad experience. Would never recommend.

I tried this place yesterday. I never ate there and I have a few things I can’t eat. Broccoli and rice are 2 of them. When I looked at the menu I didn’t see Kung poa chicken. I called to see if they make it. They said yes I ordered that and paid extra for lomein noodles. large egg drop soup and 2 spring rolls. 22 dollars . Kung poa chicken usually don’t have vegetables but it looked good and I love those vegetables. While I was waiting I heard the lady say why did you write karen on it ???. I tried it last night 2 pieces of chicken and I think I saw 5 peanuts. Everything was bland. Tried noodle too. They looked good but no flavor. I tried again today thinking maybe my tastebuds were messed up. Still bland I don’t like really spicy stuff but this had no flavor. The lady there I showed her the food and how they wrote karen on it. She didn’t know what that meant she said they just spelled my name wrong. My name is sirena?? I would usually just throw away and say nothing. But I was going into town so I took back. Main reason I took it back was I wanted to apologize if I was being a karen. Egg drop soup and spring rolls were good oh and egg roll I didn’t take picture of food because at the time I got home it looked like it was going to be really good. I did take a picture of Karen to send to my sister. I thought it was funny ??. Everyone can be a karen but I wasn’t this time. So here’s the picture I have. When I took back they didn’t offer refund and I didn’t ask for one
