Ordered a pizza on the app for delivery. It was delivered quickly. Unfortunately, it was left on my porch without a door knock or a bell ring. Thank goodness I received a courtesy email stating it was delivered, I discovered it sitting at my front door 40 mins later. When I called to complain, I was informed that this is their policy because it's "contactless delivery". What a crock! Worst of all, I pre tipped... never again. Marcos stinks.

Food is prepped and cooked proportionally to the price you pay. They also have specials that make it worth ordering from. The down side they have tables to sit at, but no soda fountain to purchase drinks with the meal. Atmosphere is poor to the level they had a fan at the tables with no front guard causing risk of being hit by the blades. Even though the food is worth buying. Just might be better for take out.

First couple times I got this pizza it was very good but as time went on service started slacking and quality of pizza started to suck. And when they give a free cheese stick they wait to tell you that your free cheese stick is only with another purchase so really it's not free you have to spend more money. Total B.SWow I just tried to give my feed back on the web page and it doesn't even work says system unable to load just another waste of my time. For me to be happy I need a Free Pizza a Cheese stick Thanks.i will be letting all my friends and thier friends know NOT to waste their money at Marco's Pizza. Also your website for customer feedback sucks unable to use just like the app to make an order.

This is my oldest daughter's favorite pizza. As for me, I think it is over priced mid pizza. I have only gotten one pizza I truly enjoyed from there, and it was a limited time Pizza.

The app gave me some problems when ordering. It added the wrong type pizza when I trying to get the first time app user discount. Then there was no way to remove it. I ended up having to call it in instead and didn't get the discount. This was my first time having Marco's pizza and it was really good. Just wish I had been able to get the discount.

Pizza was in route to us but driver broke down they brought us original which was bit cold but had another already being made which was delivered 15 min later and also threw in a desert. This is customer service folks, super good pizza! Thanks guys!
