I was eating breakfast at this location every morning but today I purchased a steak bagel and took a bite and it was nasty. Bread was hard as a rock, meat tasted tainted and cheese was hard. Bad enough for me to drive back over there for a fresh replacement. The manager, an older white lady with long grey hair immediately acted insane. She claimed I ate half of the sandwich and went on a rant about how they’re running out of steak bagels. I told her I wasn’t there to argue and a refund was fine but I will not be back and am baffled that a manager thinks it’s ok to verbally attack customers completely unprovoked. I was being extremely nice about the situation. McDonald’s corp. needs to remove this woman from their enterprise.

Went to the play place and got kick out of the play place because the worker said "this is for 3 and under" but on the rules specifically says 3 -12 my daughter is 12 and this would her last year playing in it. Kinda of trashy. Ketchup despite was broke to not worth the 50 dollars I spent.

Quarter pounder, RAW. BOTH patties. Cook on the shift at 530pm on March 4th, 2024. Said "I didn't make it raw!!" Must've took it off early, but it was pink AKA RAW. It's not a laughing matter either or I would've put lol. On top of that, two other customers were in there, one was missing 2-3 items and the other had been waiting in the drive thru for 15-20 mins. It's FAST FOOD. If I could I would leave zero stars but I can't. Everyone was rude and the manager looked at the burger and said "oh" after we told her it was raw like it wasnt her business, went to the next person and said "well how can I help you?" Will never return and I'm not even from Cabot. Trash, rethink your choices. Just saying. RETREAT!! now it's a joke just like this store (:
