I went to Mi Ranchito to have a drink and saw a friend there. I went to sit with them and make conversation like a normal person but to my surprise, the restaurant sent a picture of me from their surveillance cameras to someone else without my consent. I believe privacy should be respected, and individuals should at least be informed.If Mi Ranchito plans to conduct video recordings and share images without permission, it raises concerns about privacy and consent. Especially if no crime is being committed.

The food here is good, but the staff is pretty rude. I just tried to place a to go order and the guy who answered said “yeah hold on” and threw the phone down. I waited 11 minutes before someone hung up on me. I understand that restaurants can get really busy, but I’d really rather they just be honest and say “we don’t have time for your to go order.”

Waited for over thirty minutes for a table. A high chair wasn’t available until after our meals had arrived, which took an hour. We ran out of chips for over ten minutes when our cheese dip arrived. Our drinks stayed empty. Poor service and the food was average. To be noted, they weren’t busy by the time we were seated.

Place used to be really good but it seems since around covid time they just don't care anymore and the food has declined as a result. ? the rip off quesadilla is named by an employee that knows what's up.
Great wait staff. The service was fast and accurate. The portions were large and fresh.Wheelchair accessibility: I use a wheelchair. I was able to park at the entrance and had no issues getting to our table.
Everything was great! Only been 1 time so after a few times I'll rate again. But highly recommend to check them out! Drinks were good too!

OMG- A simple order at lunch time...beef nachos, a large order. To go.IT WAS NOT EDIBLE!! I Actually put it in the trash after one bite, it looked horrible, all the chips were stale, there was ONLT a little beef and a little cheese... that's it !! Sorry. But thats not nachos. PATHETIC!!!!DO NOT VISIT THIS SAD- NON-MEXICAN ...so called eating place.GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Nice atmosphere inside. I ordered chips & queso & cheese enchiladas to go. I got refried beans wrapped in corn tortillas. No cheese. Beans and rice were really bland. The man who took my order & brought my food was pretty rude. Didn’t seem to care if I ever came back or not, which is good cause I won’t be back.

Such a cool looking restaurant, it’s a shame the food is so dismal. I ordered a beef burrito and it was so small, and there was corn, peas and Lima beans mixed into the meat. It’s was awful. The waiter was very pleasant, but the man at the front counter who seats you is awful, very unfriendly and unwelcoming. We won’t be going back.
