As a former sonic member, i really appreciate the effort of the experience today. I am not kidding I was in and out in two minutes. By the time I ordered my food the car hop was coming out to give me my food and to take my payment and I left in two minutes. I came home with the most beautiful wrapped ultimate burrito I have seen and I was expecting to have to wait because I understood burritos do take some time to make. I don’t know if I got lucky but great job to the Crew this morning????

Always mess my order up. I suggest if you want to eat at Sonic that you go to the other sonic in cabot.Revision- although my experience with this sonic location was consistently not good - I must admit, the owner, and upper management were quick to contact me ( something I did not expect) and eager to make it right . I am happy to give Sonic another chance ! I received reimbursement ( which was really nice). I also believe that after speaking to Mr. Larsson that they are working on bettering their service. Good business. It makes a difference.
