Sadly I visited on a Saturday late afternoon, 2 cars in the lot including mine. I was not greeted, looked at, or spoken to for longer than 10 minutes. I asked an employee could they help me. They quickly looked away and never spoke. I walked out!I have been a Starbucks buyer for about 10 years and this has never happened. Please train your employees that without customers you don't have a business.

Mediocre drinks. Cold, uninviting atmosphere. Not to mention the playlist lacks any energy or romance which is basically what coffee shops are meant for nowadays. The employees are borderline hostile, I feel like if I ask for a straw I’m getting a thermos thrown at me.

I went inside at around 8:40 this morning. I was greeted by a friendly barista with black, done-up hair. I was looking for something new, so I asked. They recommended to me the Chestnut Praline so I took their word for it. It was excellent! Then, when I went to pay, they took care of it for me! They are absolutely some of the kindest people I have ever seen in a coffee shop. Their act of kindness made my day. I look forward to going back.

The store/hiring mgmt must be absolutely horrible.
We generally like Starbucks, but this location was closed, with no reason given or when they expected to be open. This is not the first time this has occurred, and we only visit this area approximately once a year.
