It's a little bit after the Joint opened so we beat the lunch crowd. It's been a while since I have been here and I will have to say that the sandwich makers are all "Spot On"! My sandwich is the 6" outlaw and a large coke and a bag of Doritos.This is by far the best Subway I have been to. The Manager of the place has been working here for a while and she has a lot of experience with the transactions and the business. She's perfect for leading the great help of the team that is under her training. Well Done. Thanks for the sandwich it was delicious.

I went to this establishment at 11:30am on Sunday October 8th, 2023. The young woman who took my order was so hostile. She never greeted me or my partner. She just gave us an annoyed look when we came up to the counter to order. We ordered the new monster and boss sandwiches from the elite series. They have predetermined ingredients for each sandwich, but she decided to ask us what we wanted on them instead of turning around and looking at the menu board. I had to tell her the type of cheese that I wanted multiple times because she kept forgetting. My partner ordered the boss and should have gotten mozzarella and parmesan cheese but instead got American cheese on the sandwich. I ordered the monster sandwich and I had to ask the young woman to put bacon on my sandwich right before she was going to wrap it up. She would have left it off if I didn't say anything. There was another woman in charge of the cash register. The young woman that made the sandwiches told the person that was running the cash register that I ordered an outlaw. The person that was running the cash register was completely rude to me by saying that I should've known to order the monster instead. I ordered the monster in the first place, and the young woman that made my sandwich didn't take accountability for her mistake. The floor manager was watching the whole situation unfold and didn't take care of it at all. Instead she was talking with some young guys and was planning on hiring them. It was a complete mess. On top of the whole experience, the actual sandwich was mediocre at best. There was barely any meat to fill the sandwich and the prices are not reasonable. I will be going to jersey mikes from now on.

These guys are way too proud of there cancer causing deli meats and cheapo garbage bread. In other words this place is a rip off for fast food. Im not trying to buy the joint I just wanna small tiny sandwich. Tried to charge me $3.50 for a little tiny bottle of water. Does the water have gold flakes in it? Ill mosey somewhere else all day long.

DO NOT STOP HERE if your passing through Cabot.Went in and ordered my food, had coupon code and used it, was about to pay when some nauseatingly grotesque lady said they can’t accept it without original coupon present. Yet you can go on the app and order with same promo code and nothing needed to provide proof.They SPECIFICALLY went out of their way to take off the discount, should have just saved face and let it slide.Stay away from this location.
