I went today so my son could get a Flatbread a cookie and churro. The food was good. The 2 young ladies and guy that were working were very professional, very respectful and had a great sense of humor. Beautiful smiles on the pretty ladies ?Was a good experience. They deserve a raise, they are an asset to this company !!

I've always enjoyed a Sub sandwich, but the cost has made the taste less appealing. The drive through display has been upgraded to make ordering easier, but it's still a drive thru. The server inside was pleasant. I'll still get the occasional Philly cheesesteak but not nearly as often as I used to. My wallet will thank me.

Went there a few weeks ago with my father after running some errands and there were 3 people in the store, a young lady, a young man and older gentleman he may of been a higher Manger or something and the girl provided with 2 amazing footlongs and she did all the work from cutting the bread to wrapping them up and getting two cookies and checking us out while the young man was being rude to her and saying u can do that and being on his phone, he should be fired and also the Manger guy he was on his laptop the whole time doing something but young lady if u read this keep the hard work up it will get u somewhere in life and sorry u had a lazy co worker

The new manager in there, I believe her name is Cheryl. She is friendly and smiles, she lifts you up even if you’re having a good day, and her employees are fantastic as well. The employees actually talk to you and seem to love being at work instead of hating their lives like most young folks do now days.It is amazing how a place can run smoothly and food tastes better when the right person is in charge.Oh, did mention they make a picture perfect sandwich? after a busy day at 8:55pm decided to grab subway for a late dinner for my teen daughter, her friend, & myself tonight. I assumed they close at 10pm, it is Saturday night after all. Te open sign was brighy lit up and employees were behind the counter.The girls went ahead of me, as they opened the door they were told that they were closing in 1 min.. I peaked my head in the door and reminded the employees that the open sign was still on and since they're closed might want to turn it off.. to which I was told that "the light is on a timer and automatically goes off at a specific time."I asked "So y'all aren't closed then?"Then the 2nd lady said "I mean y'all can come in if you want."Honestly i didntt even imagine that they closed at 9pm on Saturday night. I Thought we were there a good hr before closing time. NEver would IWe purposely make someone work late.So I just said no and left.As we were getting in the car, the one who'd said the open sign was on a timer she very clearly went to the sign, stood on a chair & we could see very clearly go over to the sign and turn the light off by a switch.There is no timer.At the very least don't lie to your customers!!

Would be nice to put a close sign at ur Cabot location on the order screen or window ! If u are closed at 3:00 in the afternoon. Rather then the customer waiting for assistance. Sorry had to go next door for service .

Ordered via app today. When I arrived at the drive thru to pick up my order the employee said “we are really busy and have a short line waiting, park and come get your order.” Are you kidding me? That’s the entire reason for ordering ahead before I leave work so I can drive thru and get it. There was no one in line in front or behind me in drive thru. There were 2 cars parked in the front so I assumed it was maybe 2 families inside in line. No. It was TWO dudes. My order was ready, so I walked in and got it and left. Please make this make sense. There was no reason for this. The girl didn’t want to walk the whole 20 ft to the window and hand me my already paid for and READY order. I won’t be giving my business to this place any more.

It was a very calm place to eat. They had traffic but it was not so much that you couldn't eat and have a good conversation without having to be loud.

Why is it when you ask for double meat and double cheese they don't double it!! What's the point of paying extra!! I traveled to hot springs and ordered double meant and cheese and was beyond surprised that the sandwich was actually double the size of Cabot Subway. Literally put Cabot's subway to shame!! Wasn't worth the $18 price tag for sure!!!

Went thru the drive thru when I made it home my 6 in pizza sub had 3 thin slices of pepperoni, did not have any cheese let alone what I ordered and so much sauce that the bread was soggy and falling apart by the time I made it the 5 min to my house. Also it was only wrapped in the white paper the sub was prepared on no subway wrapper. This isn’t the first time I’ve had poor service at this Subway but I keep giving them a chance. No more.
