The food was for someone else. The service was quick and not the most friendly. I personally would not order food from here. I believe I should receive a tad bit more for my money. I can buy a full platter from any local Mexican restaurant for about the same price for better food.

Just....how? Bought a grilled cheese burrito box. Watched the girl check it and make sure it was all there before handing it to me, so I had faith it would all be there. No grilled cheese burrito. The main item. Too far away to return.

Taco Bell is our favorite fast food restaurant, and every time we’ve come here but once our order has been wrong. The only reason we go to this one rather than Beebe is so our food isn’t cold and soggy when we get home. I get it’s just Taco Bell, but it’s not that hard to double check an order. Very frustrating. We’ve called in the past, but never gone back to get what was missing until this time. If I pay for something, it should be correct. I get everyone makes mistakes, but every order? If you want Taco Bell, go to beebe.

We have given this Taco Bell 3 tries and every time the food has been cold, and I don’t mean lukewarm I mean the cheese in the outside of the “grilled cheese burrito” wasn’t even melted. We will not be returning to this location as it’s too much money to have to heat all of our own food.

Staff lied straight to my face about not having any forks or any utensils and when I said if I come inside I won’t find any utensils, the staff member said nope but when I went inside they had some laying out for dining in. Also I called the manager and when I tried to tell him what happened he cut me off crying he was the only manager there.Bad management, bad employment, bad food. This Taco Bell is garbage and I do not recommend eating here ever, might as well make the 15 minute drive to the Jacksonville one.

I went through and placed my order they rang it up right but then messed it all up said it was fixed and I had to go back through drive-tru a second time because my order was still messed up and was treated rude I will be calling tomorrow morning to speak to
