And Folks lemme tell ya, you will NOT EAT RIBS BETTER THAN HIS, ANYWHERE!!! Them things were DELICIOUS!! And to add to that, they were so good just the way he cooked them!! They didn’t need one ounce of sauce!! Yall go GETCHA some!! You won’t regret it!!! And his people are THE BEST!! ?

Ribs are dry ? and as a response to your cocky reply, the ribs are dry as hell with or without sauce. Ribs need to fall off the bone and these adhered to the bone. Do better.

I have been visiting the mean pig for as long as I can remember. It was something my grandpa and I did after golf every Friday since I was little.This bbq is the best I've ever had hands down!My favorite thing besides the food is how family oriented they are. They not only care so much about their employees they also care about their customers. And it shows!

The food was ordinary bar b q. Not what all the hype it is said to be. Not impressed one bit. Bakes beans was nothing but porken beans right out of the can. Once and last visit. Cant believe we drove 45 miles for that.

The food (my favorite being the ribs) is absolutely delicious! I have personally only eaten inside twice, which was a good experience both times. However, the only reason they get 4 stars and not 5 is the issues I’ve had almost every time with ordering through DoorDash, I feel like if they get that fixed I would be eating their food everyday lol

We went through the drive-through and was not given the sides to one of our meals or our kids meal, but the food is always good. We ordered the small meat plate with brisket and ribs and nachos.

Awful experience on my first (and only) visit there. We are new to the area and went in on a Wednesday evening for dinner. Should have left when we noticed only 2 cars in the parking lot at dinner time; hide sight??. Walked up to order and were greeted with; "we are out of ribs, chicken, brisket and something else I couldn't understand what was said; we just have pulled pork and sausage". We ordered the only things available. When we went to make our drinks, there was no ice; I asked the clerk if she could please get some ice for us from the ice machine in plain site on the back wall behind the counter, she looked directly at me and said "we don't have any ice back here"; I responded, so we just drink it hot? She just shrugged. So we sat at the table and after several minutes they brought out 2 of our 3 meals, last one took several extra minutes. Very small portions and the meat was nearly tasteless. One of the platters we ordered was provided with a bun to serve as a vessel for the "chipped" pork, the other only received a fork. The cold slaw was the only thing that had any good flavor to me and the beans were basically mush, way over cooked and poorly seasoned. I think its fair to say that this is the first and last visit here.
