The wife & I come here a lot after the gym, and everything is usually good. The one issue I have, and didn't notice until recently, is that all the employees taking up parking next to the front door. You might ask how I even know? Well, that's easy.... the only other group that was also dining in at the time was parked in the single handicap spot (which is ironically farther away). That's not really good company policy, to inconvenience your customers by making them walk across the parking lot.

My son loves this place and asks to go once a week for a sandwich and smoothie. The smoothies are delicious and filling and their sandwiches are decent. It provides as expected.

The Cabot location is one of the nicest tropical smoothies I’ve been to! The people there are wonderful always friendly and food is fresh each and every time. They work so hard to make sure they get your food in a fast amount of time. The mangers and crew are upbeat at all times and I love that. The music on the inside is never to loud or to low it’s a perfect medium!

The staff hasn't been that friendly or helpful but I love the Club Sandwhich but substitute the ranch for Chipotle Mayo for more flavor. Chips are amazing too! Smoothies are always a nice fresh option vs ice cream especially on hot days.

I love tropical smoothie and have been to lots of them but this one by far was the nicest one I've been to!?? It was clean, and super cute, the girls working there were friendly, and the food was fresh and delicious! I got the Bahama mama smoothie and the chipotle chicken flat bread and both are very yummy! Will definitely be back when I'm in the area!

Had 2 smoothies yesterday and doordashed an order today, the buffalo wrap and Bahama Mama were very good.

Only complaint is the 'dilla said it came with roasted tomato salsa and that's the only reason I ordered the plain 'dilla. Knew the salsa would spice it up. Alas, all I got was a plain chicken cheese quesadilla. BUT, it did taste great and I had some Robbie's salsa I dipped it in. All is good. Also, the Caribbean J*** was FIRE as always!!!

Placed an online mobile order. Took them 40 minutes for smoothie to be made.I had to ask the manager if it was ever gonna be ready and she didn’t even acknowledge me . She spoke through her headset to the girl making the smoothies.Wouldn’t recommend. Never had a bad experience until today.
