Abby is always such a kind person. She is so professional and you can tell she truly loves giving great customer service. I have used this Subway to cater large meals for offices and of course for personal orders. Sandwiches are always so good, bread is fresh, and cookies are warm! Great job Cave City Subway!

There was a little boy there that was running around and was playing with the soda machine and I was trying to use the restroom but I couldn’t because he was putting straws under the door !!!! Just disappointed!!!!!!!!and the employees was his mom and she was yelling at him just over all bad

Good food but super unprofessional workers. They sit right there and complain about customers with customers sitting in the dining room.
She was a great employee power was off and soon as came back on she was very enthusiastic to prepare anything

My mother ordered sandwiches On the app AND PAID FOR THEM, we gave them AN HOUR to make the sandwiches and i took her to get them and they DID NOT even make them yet it said they were done and they had AN HOUR, I would give it a BIG FAT 0 IF I COULD. They let someone ahead of us to order, even though ours weren't even done. WE HAD TO WAIT EVEN LONGER TO GET THE SANDWICHES WHILST THE WORKER MADE 2 THEN PUSHED THE OTHER 2 SANDWICHES BEHIND FOR PEOPLE WHO HAD NOT PAID YET.VERY DISAPPOINTED.
