The music was too loud, the food was what you expect from mazzios and the service was pushy. The group was large so automatic gratuity was included but one of the servers still tried to add additional tip. Once we finished our meal and we were wanting to keep drinking, the servers closed us out and told us that we need to wrap it up. This place has gone down hill.

Tastes mostly like food service fare. People who are blown away, don’t know real Italian. I am Italian, my Dad grew up in little Italy, and we were raised on authentic Italian. Not here. Decent food service quality. You want REAL ITALIAN? Go to Capriccio’s Ristorante.

Amazing Italian dishes. Wonderful atmosphere and I have never had a bad meal. Our favorites are chicken Marsala, chicken Alfredo and Lasagna. They have lots of other dishes that are delicious as well.

Today was our first time there. Jenny was our waitress. Only problem we had was getting cold appetizer. Rest of it was great. Food & portion size were amazing. We will be back again.

Dined in on 3/7/24 with business associates, arriving at 6:30 pm. Definitely recommend reservations, as they are busy! Excellent service, warm and inviting atmosphere. In nearly 8 years here, this is by far my favorite restaurant in Northwest Arkansas. My former mother-in-law was Italian and was an excellent cook - the food here tastes authentic! The bread served ahead of time was very good! I had the sampler plate, and everything was hot and delicious. I especially appreciated the homemade and fresh fettucine alfredo! I skipped the salad, but my companions said their's was crisp and tasty. Everyone raved about their entrees, as well. We all had the cannolis - which I was told they made in house, as well. They were rich and creamy - definitely worth the calories! This whole experience was fabulous and one that I'll repeat again, very soon. Ottimo cibo!

Fantastic Italian food, great service, and atmosphere. Shari was our server, and she was welcoming and attentive. I had the Pasta Sampler, which was great. We all enjoyed our dishes thoroughly. I recommend reservations as it is a very busy restaurant.

I've ate from many many Italian places but never have I had chicken alfredo this bad. The sauce was just absolutely disgusting and the chicken was tough. Alfredo is something so simple and easy to cook I don't understand how this place just got it so wrong. I maybe ate 3 or 4 noodles and immediately felt like throwing up and that feeling didn't go away the rest of the night. My wife had the shrimp and crab alfredo and her dish was just as bad if not worse then mine. The shrimp and crab alfredo cost almost 30$ and thats a fair price but not for something that tasted so bad. Shrimp was tough and you couldn't even tell if it had any crab in it at all. We spent 70$ on the worst food we have ever had. Service was okay just slow but it was a busy night so I understand.

While it was a little bit loud, and the front entrance could use a little bit more organization and seating for people waiting, the food was extremely good and fairly priced. Will definitely be returning at some point.

I am FLOORED. I’ve been recommended this place by everyone in NWA so I had expectations but I’ve never been so pampered at a restaurant in my life. Our server was Lauren. She was ontop of it the whole time. She was fast, attentive, friendly, and had good menu recommendations. I got the chicken piccata which was a wonderful blend of lemon citrus and Parmesan and capers. My boyfriend got the fettuccine Alfredo and it was so creamy and cheesy and delicious. The food was hot. The cocktails were tall, they serve bread at the table and is the best bread I’ve ever had at a dinner service. The owner is the one who sat us as well as cleared our ticket. The owner was also extremely kind and friendly. I’ve never had such a pleasurable dining experience, and eating out is my hobby. love love love!!

I think I might have enjoyed this place better with a different server. We got a grumpy old waitress who didn't appear to want to be there. I could brew beer faster than she could bring one. Seriously, in almost two hours there she brought two beers. I watched the other waitresses/waiters interact with their customers and felt jealous.I don't eat a lot of carbs so I ordered the stuffed mushrooms. They had a metallic taste and I asked for the waitress to take them away after eating one. She never asked why, just took them away. She actually told my friends to hang-on to their forks after their appetizers! Also neat, when they bring out your bill it doesn't even specify what you are paying for. "Oh, that's right, we did have two department fours, a department 5 and a department two."It's a drafty old house with "authentic" Italian food made by Albanians. Judging by the crowd, I guess I was just put off by our waitress.

We've done take-out a half a dozen times before. Usually pretty good. This time it was mediocre at best. The chicken for my wife's Chicken Piccata was under cooked so had to finish cooking it. My Lasagna tased like a Lean Cuisine frozen dinner. The thing that really irked me was that they gouged me on the prices. They charged 15% more because it was Valentine's Day. No notice on the website, no notice when I ordered, no notice when you walk in the restaurant. Just when you get the bill and ask why it's so high. Pretty bad business model to gouge people without notice. And after all that, I asked if they remembered the dipping oil for the bread, the waitress smirked and me and said of course. I get home and no oil. I think we've eaten our last meal here.
