You can call ahead and make buffet request. Salad bar was awesome. And their new sandwich bread is really good it's made there.Vegetarian options: They also have a keto pizza. And a veggie pizza

Best pizza place in a 30 mile radius. Skip the Casey's, the gas station Hunt Brothers, and head straight to Simple Simon's in Charleston. Made fresh to order, always steaming hot upon pickup, loaded with delicious toppings and plenty of ooey gooey cheesy goodness, Simple Simon's is simply delicious. We’ve had very good pizza every time we’ve eaten there. The salad bar is well stocked too. We love the thick & chewy crust Triple Pepperoni Pizza, but also like the Supreme a lot. Other family members love the thin crust All Meat Pizza. The dining area isn’t large and can get busy when the buffet is open but they keep bringing fresh pizza out. They have a drive up window which makes getting take out pizza very easy. Highly recommend this place. ??????
